...Greetings...My name is Aaya, I'm a 20 year old female, and this is my story. I am a Zodiac of the Dark and I was born on April 25th, 1990 - my sign being The Slain Dragon. I have feminine tendencies, giving me unnatural grace and keen eyesight, with the ability to see a glimpse of the past when I touch an object. I'm considered a level 2, meaning I have control of two elements, mine being Air and Metal. I was born in the year of the Metal Horse. So my partner, naturally, is a horse; his name is Nox.

You could say I have a unique personality - tenacious, opportunistic, prideful, and cunning. I am logical almost to a fault which can make it difficult for me to connect with people. People used to say I got too serious on the job, but to see the bad side of people everyday is a strong drink to have. To my friends I am quick-thinking and a resourceful source of support, to my enemies I am brutal and persistent, maybe even reckless, at least, that's how I see myself. You decide. When I'm in battle I use metal darts or my gun, when the going gets tough. My hobbies are few, but my favorite thing to do in my downtime is to go out and practice sharpshooting, but I also enjoy traveling and studying history. History, in fact, turned me onto calligraphy, which I find very relaxing.

*Her cellphone rings, as she wordlessly answers her face hardens as she hangs up* I got a tip-off - I have to go, but before I do, let me tell you about my past. I had a relatively normal life as a kid, and never really thought anything of being a zodiac, of myths and dusty prophecies. It wasn't until I got a job in law enforcement and into the real world that things got interesting for me. I worked plain clothes or as an undercover, traveling all over the world in the pursuit of some of the most dangerous criminals in the past 30 years. My abilities and intuition gave me celebrated success and hardly went unnoticed. My family was nearly killed in retaliation, their warning you could say, if I stayed in the force. My family survived and was taken into witness protection...I guess you could say they had succeeded after all. My family was gone, and for all intensive purposes dead. It had become personal, I snapped, and it cost me my job at the force, but who cares? I got my revenge on those responsible, more then 20 years worth of court trials could have ever done. That's when I truly realized that the law never did anything for me that I couldn't do myself. So now I find my own way to justice. It's my way, or the highway. Protecto, servo - not anymore.

I had never taken the Zodiac Prophecy seriously in my life, despite the whispers in the underground. But you know what? It's about time I had some fun doing my job. When the Zodiac of the Dark wins this war, there'll be a new sheriff in town. In a world of black and white, there can only be one.

Yo! The name's Ariana Hei. I'm 17 and female in case you lacked eyeballs. I am a Zodiac of the Dark not that I care about it. I was born on September 21st of the year 1993 and that makes me the Whirlwind meaning I have feminine tendencies (no, duh!) This allows me to create illusions and levitate light objects. I'm a level 2 in other words, I control Air and Fire. 1993 is the year of the Fire Vulture so my buddy is a Vulture by the name of V. Laugh at the name and you die. As you can see, I'm awesome and kick-a**. Backing down from a fight is not my cup of soda and I punch before I ask questions.
My weapon of choiceare twin swords because they're so badass. I like to take walks on your roofs, climb buildings, eat and hang-glide.

I grew up in a boring, rich family and being the only child, I could get away from almost anything including keeping an exotic bird as pet. Until I was 7, my biggest worry was how to screw over my newest nannies and it was around that time that I discovered my particularities. I knew crap about this Zodiac things until I heard about the legend through the Net. I set myself to hunt for these people hoping to be able to strengthen my powers and accomplish my goal of flight, unattainable with my limited skill and strength.

Morianna or 'Mori' as many called her continued her search for allies, and enemies. Her allies she'd protect and recruit, while her enemies she'd destroy on sight such thoughts plagued her very existence for the painful memories of her past followed her and reminded her every day why she had to think in such ways. Like a shadow it was always there, the only time she was at peace was in the air soaring through the cloads but Mori had long made her decent as she sensed the strong powers of others. Now all she was doing was walking endlessly through the rain keeping her eyes, ear, and senses on high alert. "Mori" Kong her loyal companion and only family she had left. "Why are we here? We should be training after all we only a year before 2012" he advised but Mori didn't listen she continued her walk looking for a place to stay. "Mori" he sighed and continued. "You know he'll be angry if you go looking for the Dark Zodiac, chances are they are looking for the same thing as you are. To destroy their enemies one by one, you have three elements you were born on the cusp. Why waste our time here?".

Mori could understand Kong's worry but all in all there was a piece of the puzzle he had left out. "Because there are Light Zodiac members here...and I know Dark Zodiac members are here or making their way here. I don't know if the Light Zodiac I sense have come into their full power, besides I won't let the Dark Zodiac take another city. We stay here for awhile until I am assured that innocent lives will be safe from those monsters. My shadows will not become anothers" she was determined to a state no one not even Kong could convince her to stray away. Not when danger was so close.
