Spitting out a mouthful of cider at Gus's mention of a possible past liaison, Aerin gave a sputtering laugh in response. "Thanks for the compliment, but I highly doubt that we've been bed-fellows in a past life. As for joining the three of you, why not?" She remarked before finishing off her glass of cider. Pushing the empty glass to one side, Aerin grabbed a napkin and wiped her jaws clean. "My name's Aerin, by the way."

"Gotcha Aerin. Having you around will be...." He glanced out the window as he heard the roar outside. Bart and Nero approached the table, having stopped their show of affection upon hearing it.
Bart bowed slightly to Aerin, then pulled up a chair "I see you have already gotten acquainted with Gustav, I do hope he remembered to be a gentleman." He smiled, placing his arm around Nero as he sat down beside him. Bartholemew Lesley Auburn, 'tis a pleasure. This is my fiance', Nero Larsen. " looked to Gus, then to Aerin "You heard that outside, right?"

"If I didn't hear it, I'd be deaf as the proverbial adder." Aerin said as she rushed outside, curious to find out exactly what or who was making so much noise.

Creeping over the hillside was a giant shadow figure. It got closer, revealing its features. It was a large lizard like monster, standing on two legs, and having two giant claws on each hand. Greyish skin and spikes covered the hardened armor of the lizard, and his face had a mouth full of slobery fangs. Ontop of its head were horns, much like a bulls horns.
Upon seeing Aerin, Rogue and Wisk, He lick his sleeps, let out another roar and charged forward...

Feeling a touch drowsy after the copious amount of alcohol she'd consumed, Aerin watched the monstrosity approach at a breakneck pace. Looks like the b*****d offspring of a dragon and a minotaur...Damn, but that's one ugly excuse for a living creature. Spotting a rain barrel next to the pub, she carefully climbed up, continuing to the rooftop.

Bart nodded to Nero, and the two of them headed out after Aerin. Gus looked on with a mirthy expression, then ordered up another bottle of vodka.
Nero looked at the beast with a a frown "Wow, looks like something straight out of a bad horror movie. You know, the one where the bad guy just refuses to stay dead." Pulled out a small tranquilizer gun and loaded it with a pack of needles "Yes, but perhaps we'd best be vigilant. This may be but a mere babe of a whole nest"

Growling low in her throat as a chill breeze blew the creature's scent their way, Aerin clung to her perch on the building's shingled roof. "It's quite repulsive no matter what way you look at it, whether that be by sight, sound, or smell. I've eaten out of trashcans that didn't stink half as bad as that thing." Listening to her stomach grumble, she folded her ears back in annoyance. The lizard-like creature headed for Rogue and Wisk, slavering like a mad dog all the while.

Rogue pulled the trigger six times in a row, but the armored skin on the beast resisted almost all of them. Wisk decided to try out a death bolt. Purple light came from his hands and shoot out at the beast. It hit the leg, causing the beast to trip and tumble down the hill.
Wisk took his sword and grunted as he tried to stab through the skin, finally getting to its heart.

Climbing back down as the creature's remains began to emit a horrid stench, Aerin felt nothing short of disgust and pity toward the fallen being. Surely something so incredibly stupid must've been mad...Or the product of an unbalanced mind. Turning to the rain barrel, she drank a little before turning her gaze to her traveling companions. "I don't suppose either of you have ever seen that before..."

Bart shook his head "I'm afraid not. Although it doesn't look very natural, it looks more like a mutation of some kind"
Gus waltzed out of the bar with a bottle of gin in his hands. "Hey guys, I hope you didn't plan on leaving without me. Ugh! What the ******** is that smell!?" He approached the dead creature, guzzling down the bottle and tossing it aside "Damn, that's one nasty-looking piece of s**t. I'm taking care of it before I hurl" He snapped his fingers, and the beast went up in bluish-white flames. As they died down, all that was left were charred, frozen bones. He turned to Wisk and Rogue "So you bubs are still around eh? I'm Gus, and that babalicious wolf is Aerin."

Babalicious? Apparently Gus has a greater affinity for werewolves than I realized... She thought before stepping closer to the bones. Taking a charred horn in paw, Aerin gave the skull a sharp twist, severing the remainder of the neck in the process. Wiping off some of the frost and soot from its forehead, she could make out a crescent moon and a fang that appeared to be carved into its surface. Great...Just what I need, someone else meddling in my affairs. Rolling her eyes in annoyance, she nodded in acknowledgment of the pair.

Gentleman Rogue bowed. "Gentleman Rogue, it is a pleasure to meet you. If you need gun power, I'm your guy." He put his guns back up and reached out his hand for a shake.
Wisk rolled his eyes before speaking up. "Gentleman is a term I really wouldn't use. I'm Wisk, and I'm stuck with this crazy b*****d."

Gus shook Rogue's hand with a grin "I've heard of you. You do business with the same sort of clientele as I do." He nodded, looking back at his brother "Looks like you get your wish, little bro, cuz I'm ditching your queer asses for these dudes." He turned to Wisk "So, Wisky boy, looks like you are stuck with two crazy bastards. This'll be fun."
Bart shook his head disapprovingly "I suppose it cannot be helped. If that is the case, then I suppose this really is to be a rat race of sorts" He approached Aerin "Miss Aerin, I would like to request that you travel with us then."

Tossing the skull to one side, Aerin brushed her paws off before turning to Bart. "I don't know about racing rats, but I think I'll take you up on that request." Dropping her voice to a near whisper, she continued. "Your former companion was a bit too...Flattering? The other two aren't entirely my cup of tea, either, but for different reasons altogether. Unless your feet are itching for travel, a little something to eat would be appreciated." She said with a grin, curious as to whether the pair would prefer to eat along the way, rather than losing time at another pub or some restaurant.

Nero held back a snicker at Aerin's comment about his brother "Yeah, well, Gus will hit on anything with a v****a. He's also an a*****e and a stoner, sad to say I'm related to the douche"
Bart nodded in regard to Aerin's request. "Yes, I must say I am quite famished, we were planning to eat at the pub. Haste makes waste, after all, why don't we return to the pub for a spell before we leave?"
