Vergil smiled lightly and ran his hands up her back and took off her shirt. He then kissed her deeply running his tongue across hers. He loved her more then anyone else. -time skip-

Artemis woke up the next morning. She stretched and then realized that she wasn't by herself in the bed. She turned and saw Vergil. She smiled, I wish I could tell you how I feel about you. I think i know the words. But those are words I was taught to never utter, for protection. she thought to herself as she snuggled back down and rested her head against his chest.

Vergil smiled and wrapped his arms around her waist. Her bed was completely destroyed from there fun Vergil kissed her forehead lightly and said in a light tone. "I love you."

Artemis smiled, and looked up into his eyes, "I...me too" she looked down, she wanted to say it so bad, she wanted to shout it out loud but she didn't want to ever put him in danger.

Vergil frowned lightly because she didn't say it back it hurt him to think she didn't feel the same. He kissed her lightly with passion and desire. He hoped it would show how much he loved her.

Artemis sat up and looked at him, with eyes holding unshed tears, "Vergil, I want to say it. Trust I really do...It's just...It's just...I can't." she looked away and wiped away tears, "I just can't say it. It would put you in danger. And It would kill me if you were to get hurt, let alone be killed because of me..." she sighed, and clenched her fist, "God! I've wanted to say that to you for what seems like decades! But..." she turned and looked at him, tears streaking her cheeks, "But I can't, I just can't risk losing you...I couldn't survive without you in my life. Without you here with me, my life would have no meaning...I just can't lose you..." she took a deep breath to try to steady herself, and she turned away from him to hide her face, "I just can't"

Vergil frowned and looked away from Artemis. "If you don't want to tell me then that fine." He said it in a sad tone before he looked away his frustration and sadness affecting his eye color they changed a light gray. "I have to go."

Artemis looked at him, "No! Please don't! Don't leave me! Ever! I...I love you!" she fell to her knees, and cried, "I always have...always will. And I've always been afraid to say it. Because I was taught not to. That it would always endanger those whom we do." she took a sobbing breath, "Please, don't go! Don't leave me." she clasped her arms around her chest.

Artemis smiled and held tightly onto him. She laughed a bit a moment later, "I guess its official now. We're mates." she smiled and winked at him.

Vergil smirked slightly and said. "I have to get back to the faction." He said frowning lightly. He wanted to stay with her but he didn't have a choice but to go back to his faction.

Artemis frowned, "Yeah, I guess we do still have to run it huh?" she said smirking. She grabbed some clothes, placed them on the bathroom counter, and hops into the shower.
