Whee. I'm not reading all the profiles at the moment, since I'm kinda sorta almost busy (and tired and sick), but I will later.
Name:
Kassandra. Gai, isn't it? Kasey, Kase, Kasekase, and Ke-chan tend to by my normal nicknames, although Kyra goes online.
Age:
I'll be 19 in July. So old and yet so young.
Music:
I'll listen to just about anything but rap and country. Rap annoys me and country bores me. I tend to really like Japanese and Korean music more than a lot of the new American music, but there are some bands here I just adore (like OK Go).
Gender:
Yes, music is more important than gender. I'm a girl, but I'd actually rather not be. Too much of an expectation to give a damn how you look when you're a girl. I'm wearing my brother's T-shirt right now and I've brushed my hair. That's the extent of my caring unless I'm leaving the house or having people over. Pants are over rated.

Personality:
I'm not shy over the internet at all, or in person when around my close friends. When I'm near someone I don't know I hardly talk at all, but when I feel comfortable I've been known to give out way too much information several times in a day. Such as the fact that, you know, I rarely find a need to wear pants. I also considered becoming an English major, so I'm quite fond of the English language. Netspeak bothers me to no end, and I tend to get really annoying when talking with my friends. There are certain gramatical things that I won't let slide. Or, you know, saying that you dealed the cards already. I'm terrible at spelling, however, so don't expect much from me in that department.
Languages:
I'm in my fifth full year studying Japanese, although I studied for a trimester in junior high because I was required to, and for two years when I was in elementary school. Needless to say, I have the basics pretty much down. I can speak fairly well, and write even better, and I have a mild obsession with kanji.
Hobbies:
I love to write, play video games (mostly RPGs), watch and draw anime, read manga, and memorize Shakespeare. I also enjoy reading fanfiction from time to time, but it's rare that I pick up an actual book. My fascination with Shakespeare is kind of quirky. I also have a weird interest in documenting stupid things. Such as how many anime I've seen, how many manga I've read, and I have a very strange, very large obsession with Japanese voice actors.
Status:
I thank God that I am single. I'm really not the kind of person that feels it important to be in a relationship. Besides, my last boyfriend really screwed me over and I would rather wait until I'm off on my own, working a good job, and surrounded by government protection before putting myself in that situation again. I have a bad habit of dating psychos.
Other:
I'm not a nice person. At all. Really. I'm prone to randomly donating to people for no reason other than they're at the right place at the right time, but I'm also quick to anger and very bitchy when I'm mad. Other than that I'm pretty energetic, annoying, and friendly. Quite frankly, I'm just a random, mood-changing nutcase. Look at me go!
Oh, and I also used to write poetry in school under the pen name: "Bill the invisible dancing pony. Watch him go!" Yep. Complete with exclamation point. Kasey would read her poetry out loud as "'Summer,' by Bill the Invisible Dancing Pony. Watch him go!"

Likes/Interests: Hmm... Well, anime, obviously. Lord o' th' Rings comes next, and then piano. Art, literature, writing, and anything to do with drama and/or singing make me happy, too.
