Kipper flapped around wildly to avoid the thunder wave, that was close! He searched for another rock, found a suitable one quickly, and flung it.

With a sad whail, Mara fell to the ground from the impact of the last rock. Lying helplessly, she continued to make a high-pitched whine until Charlotte returned her to her ball.
"Oh Mara, you'll win your first battle someday..." she said with a sigh. "Thanks for the battle, though! It was fun, if not admittedly a little amusing."
