Strengths: The Manslaughterer's main strengths probably lie in his unique physiology. As a techno-organic Manhunter, the Manslaughterer can access the Green Light of Resolve/ Willpower in a way akin to a Green Lantern and then even strengthen his powers because the human component (i.e willpower) can come into effect without negative side effects (fear) due to inhibitor chips in the organic brain tissue. These things coupled with his superior processing power and tactical analysis makes him one hell of an opponent.
Weaknesses: The Manslaughterer has two rather blatant glitches that cause unexpected side effects. Believed to be invincible, the only way to expose the Manslaughterer is to either: 1) Cause some sort of conflict between his human factor and robotic systems. Examples of this can be seen when the Manslaughterer tries to fight his way out of a tough situation when the flight or fight instinct of the Human Element kicks in. The other thing 2) is using Melvin George Wickes' memories against him. These often cause system errors and emotional responses.
Cherished Items:
Nothing, Manhunters do not need material possessions. They only live to bring order to the Cosmos.
Philosophical/ Social Viewpoint:
"No Man Escapes the Manhunters!" - Original Manhunter Creed
Basically, no one can outrun the righteous retribution of Justice. It is a simple principle and the core of the Manhunter programming.

The Manslaughterer added his own line to his programming, showing his commitment to the fight for Justice by saying that he will not tire nor rest and that the fight for Justice will always rage on.
Religious Viewpoint:

The Pioneer sees little to no value in Void Earth and its denizens due to the fact that it is split off from the Orray of Worlds. Should Void Earth be reconnected to the Orray then things may change but, as for right now, the Pioneer will stop at nothing and sacrifice everyone in order to claim what its master has asked of it.

It could be said that the Pioneer worships the High Father as both its maker and master and therefore in some sort of religious standpoint. Likes: Draper takes great pleasure in the pain inflicted on people by himself, his experiments and the poisons that he creates. He doesn't believe in a kill without suffering and will do his best to administer as much pain as possible before putting someone out of their misery. In his own words he "creates a hell and then offers salvation from it".
Dreams: Arsenic's dream, as sick and demented as it is, is to make the perfect poison. The perfect toxin. A toxin which by definition would be able to kill anyone from the likes of your average Joe to your false God Superman.
Dislikes: Eions seems to have a passionate dislike for Metahumans in general. Whether or not it is because he is jealous or they can withstand or are sometimes immune to his work, no one is sure but Draper continually trains to be on par with Metas as much as possible and will even set up engagements weeks in advance to guarantee the advantage.
Fears: Draper fears a "Universal Cure". Something that can heal any poison.
Darkest Secret: Arsenic actually lustful thoughts about Ra's al Ghul on a frequent basis.

Strengths: As a combatant, Draper is amazing at inflicting pain and using toxins to his advantage. His advanced knowledge of the human anatomy makes him very deadly.
Weaknesses: Gloating, flamboyancy and flare is part of Arsenic's remit. He is also only Human.
Cherished Items:
In terms of Draper's possessions, nothing is more important than his little black book of recipes. A close second to that is a small token that Ra's gave to him at one point for his great work; a simple tanto forged and wrapped to match Arsenic's unique armor.
Philosophical/ Social Viewpoint:
Due to the nature of his person, his preferences and his other less than acceptable hobbies; Draper holds the world and it's people in great contempt. The only people he likes or ever will like are in the League of Assassins and by people, we mean person and by person we mean Ra's al Ghul.
Religious Viewpoint:
Arsenic believes that if there is a God then there is only two possibilities for his existence. One is that he is Ra's al Ghul (obviously) and the other is that he is a kid with an ant hill and Draper is the magnifying glass.
Romantic Viewpoint:
Draper Eions has one love and it's not duty. Draper is deeply in love with Ra's al Ghul. Even though his love is unrequited; his love and devotion to Ra's is second to none and that is what Draper believes love to be. It is the only love he knows and will, thanks to this love, probably ever know. In Arsenic's mind love is the absolute submission of one's soul and body to the object of their affections despite difficulty or rejection.
Personality
From pink/ purple armor to a sassy wit and tongue, it could be said that Draper is your typical homicidal homosexual. However, as flamboyant as he may be, Arsenic is a genius in the study of Human Anatomy and Toxicology willing to push the boundaries of "ethical" science in order to learn more about his respective fields. He is not one to be underestimated and he puts in 110% to everything that he puts his mind to (including his love for Ra's al Ghul).
He is also somewhat competitive and sadistic wishing to inflict as much pain as possible before a kill and wanting to do it in such grace and poise that he leaves competition in the dust. This can also lead him to be vain, arrogant and very, very boastful.
Biography
Draper Eions was once a promising chemist and toxicologist who specialized in the venom excreted from rare and exotic animals. He had hoped that he would be one day able to use the revered chemicals to help mankind become better but after a particularly rowdy Christmas Party, Draper lost everything. He lost his job, his reputation and all his research was confiscated by the company that employed him and destroyed down to every last file.
No one was quite sure what was going on but Draper, as smart as he was, was very much aware as to why this was all happening. He knew that the reason he was being fired- the reason that they were ruining his life was straight up Homophobia.
It turned out that Draper, having had one too many drinks at the Christmas party, revealed his sexual nature to his coworkers. Although never closeted, Draper had hidden it from the people around him for the fear of rejection but it seemed as though everyone was actually quite willing to let Draper be Draper. To everyone else it didn't seem to matter and as the night progressed Draper began getting to know the CEO's son: Mark. Mark was pretty. He obviously kept up a skincare regiment and worked out a lot but one thing that a lot of people didn't know about him was that he was a closeted gay man. Scared of his Father's reaction, Mark had decided to surpress his feelings but watching Draper with the staff of their lab was intoxicating... It made him feel like he could do anything and so, Mark also came out. However, his coming out was in a much more dramatic way as he kissed Draper in the middle of the nightclub.
The two continued the booze-fuelled whirlwind romance until the early hours of the morning and finally "consumated" their love back at Mark's inner city apartment. This turned out to be a bad idea as Mark was caught with his pants down (literally) when his happily married Father used a spare key to get into the apartment with two high-class escorts. Furious that his Father was cheating and his Father furious in return that his son was Gay; a violent argument ensued where Draper was told to clear his desk in the morning and never breath a word of the event to anyone. He was paid quite handsomely for his silence but his career was in ruins. Black-Balled and angry, it was here that Draper would become the man he was today. He entered a dark place in his mind, threw away his soul and killed Mark and his Father with poisoned pen ink on blackmail letters.
No one even suspected it was him.
Free from his burden, Draper had never felt such a rush as getting away with murder and continued to do so. He would target corrupt officials, politicians and use criminals as a means to test new poisons and torture methods. Soon, there was talks of Arsenic... The Poison of the Earth made flesh and these rumors and myths were what had Ra's al Ghul find Draper and bring him to Nandapabat. It was at this point that Draper found a new love in Ra's. The enigmatic mastermind in front of the young man that exuded so much confidence was an alpha male like no other. Draper wanted him but Ra's only wanted Draper's loyalty, which he got. Soon, Draper was intensely trained to be one of Ra's' lieutenants. He was redubbed his Arsenic and he would be Ra's' vengful fangs in the night...
