Part one is definately the best out of the two. It is one of the best a7x slower songs.

I like the second part better, because it's got more of a rhythm, but if I'm in the mood for a nice soft song, then I'll put on the 1st part. So really, it depends on my mood over which one I like better...I'm just weird like that.

part 1....olny cause I can play that one on guitar and im a drum player....ut part 2 is way more fun to play on drums. my sound I'd have to say part 1 seeing how that cd is metalcore and its got more of a melodic sound to it.

part 1 is beautiful and melodic
but part 2 is more angry and wicked.....
just kinda the two emotions you get when you know some one who has killed themselves... sadness and anger...

I luffs both! It's so hard to choose. But as it has already been stated, part 1 is slow and generally pretty with it's melody and slow solos, while part 2 is fast and heavy with wicked riffs. I like both a lot. But if I had to choose... part 1, because it has been echoing through my head all day. But my thoughts on it will probably change with my mood.
When I'm depressed--->Part 2
When I'm happy--->Part 1
I'm not sure where I stand on the happy/depressed scale today though...O_o

Part 2.

That begining is so awesome, all loud and shrill. The transistion is really cool.

And the lyrics are deeper, I thought. ^_^

Both.. I relate to part 1 since ive felt that way before..

Maybe im a moron, but I read somewhere that the song was written because a friend of Matt(im guessing) killed himself, so part one was roughly based on his suicide note..

Part 2 is about how he felt about his friends suicide.

Im not sure if its true, but I read it somewhere and thats some deep sh!t.

I made my friend listen to it and I told her I could relate and she started crying and told me "no!!! dont ever do that!"

I felt bad sad
