All kinds of stuff. Mostly angry Rap and Rock. Anything that makes me want to move fast and destroy things. sweatdrop
Some of my favorite tunes for pumping up, or working out are:
46 & 2 - Tool
Going the Distance - Rocky Soundtrack (Yes, I'm cheesy like that)
It Yearns - Mystikal
Piper - Phish

Pretty much anything that's fast paced and upbeat, I usually work out listening to Fall Out Boy or Cobra Starship or something. My favorite workout song would probably be Sabatoge by The Beastie Boys, no clue why. I also listen to Linkin Park when I jog or ride my bike.

Music that makes me wanna work is anything along the lines of Dance, techno, and rock. Such songs include "Sandstorm" by Darude and Phenomenon by Thousand Foot Krutch.

There is not really any specific songs that get me moving, just as long as it's up beat music :] It needs to flow and have a faster beat.

NIKO NIKO-chan Oh, I am a real junkie for J-Rock so usually I work out to music from Plastic Tree (majooor love), Kagrra, Nightmare and Dir en Grey.
But you know what? Lately all I really want to listen to when I run is stuff off the Californication and Stadium Arcadium albums from Red Hot Chili Peppers (they are my all-time favorite band). Nothing gets me more energized than 'Snow (Hey Oh)' and 'Dani California'
I also like Japanese music, from the Yoshida brother to Malice Mizer. But now I am getting into more Sahaja yoga music. It really helps my hatha yoga practice.

Anything with a beat, and normally rock related. I listen to a lot of Papa Roach and Three Days Grace when I run.

Something with a decent beat, without too many lyrics, which distract me.

For Cardio I usually listen to something with a good beat, usually techno, but lyrics also help because I get bored quickly doing cardio work razz
For weightlifting though, usually Meshuggah, nothing gets me working quite like some seriously raw, brutal metal.
