ProcrastinatorN1 ... I'm amazed. I haven't been learning Japanese besides what I hear when I watch anime... Then I watch the Thin Red Line and I get like... 3 things the Japanese say!! surprised Haha... sweatdrop i hated that movie. it shows how some of our boys were mean to the japs in WWII, but they don't show crock s**t about what the japs did to their prisoners of war and the Filipinos. if you had witnessed what they did, then you would go nuts and treat them crappy too. i'm not saying it's right, but i am saying that yes, they did deserve what was handed to them. the japs were as ruthless as the north vietnemese were in the vietnam war. sorry, i went on a bit of a rant there. but i did hate that movie. i love japanese, i love the language and i have a friend or two from there, but we can't pretend something happened a certain way to appease someone else. that's it, i'm off my soap box now. 3nodding and it was good you recognized something in that movie, because i thought i heard him say you're all gonna die or something close to it, but the more i listened, the more i thought he was saying something else....
