Nathan to Lily.

Nathan is Dan's kid
Dan was brother's with Keith.
Keith and Karen had Lily
Lily is a Cousin.

James to Lily
I think if my math is right Lily and James would be second couisns. Cause if Lily and Nathan are cousin's then any kids that he has is second cousins.

I have tons of second and third cousins and tons of family on just one side. Lol..so I know how Lily and James could feel about trying to figure out how they are related.

Aren't they cousins?
Because Lily's father is not Dan so she can't be his half sister like Lucas is his half brother.
Her father is Keith, who is Nathan's uncle which would make Lily his cousin. :]

Keith's Great nefew.
And Lily's ....... second cusin?

.. and wouldnt lily be luke's half sister / cousin? on account of keith being
her dad? gawd... this is as bad as my mom's
soap operas...
