 "Aoi!" Toushi ran after Fatal. She put up an ice barrier around the snake to try and stop it or slow it down. She was going to Aoi's trophy back.

A rifle shot suddenly rang out as a bullet was sent at Fatal's head.
(guess who!? lol, I'll make his pro in a bit)

To perfect his getaway, Fatal summoned his newest Assist Trophy, that of Rythe. "Help me," Fatal murmured, and the Trophy came to life.
In a surge of electricty, Rythe smashed apart the ice (already weakened and half-melted by the snake's super-warm skin) and projected static electricity throughout the entire shrine, this being magnified by the water melting off of th ice. This surge of electricity continued for a few seconds, but then faded away, as did Rythe.
"Aargh! Fatal screamed, clutching his bleeding forehead in agony. The power of the Phoenix Regen healed him, however painful the first few seconds might have been. But the Regen began to fade after this last exertion. However, as the snake charged away (it's a big snake, described a page or two back), Fatal began summoning his next beast-minion.

Dead Aim calmly pulled the bolt back on the sniper rifle and fired again at Fatal.

"I'm not going to let you get away!" Toushi said, ignoring the electricity that hit the best she could as she went after Fatal again. She grew her ice wings this time and flew much faster then when she was running. She caught up to Fatal. She drove her blades into his back as she reached to grab Aoi's trophy.

Fatal's snake was a quick, rambunctious monster of a reptile, and its speed (and the constant motion) meant that Fatal would have an extra evasion rate. However, none of this was relevant.
From the ground below rose a winged woman, her skin perfectly smooth and white, with hair the color of the sun. Her eyes were always changing color, and her robe was long and flowing. It was a banshee.
The banshee flew straight toward Dead Aim, emitting an ear-piercing scream that would cause human males to writhe in agony. The banshee was a powerful, ghostly creature, but it would be destroyed by the sunlight in less than a minute. Meanwhile, with his giant snake's thick hide circled around him and protecting him, Fatal began opening a portal below him and Aoi's trophy.
((I think that would be godmodding, Toushi.))

Dead Aim smirked as he put the rifle away and jumped from the tree he had been sniping from, seeming to dissappear in mid-air.

The snake that had crushed Kasai had disappeared into the ground afterward, leaving no trace. It could be anywhere, really, ready to strike from underground at any target.

Kasai was revived and she looked around and saw Tiger. "Thanks," she said. Then she began to run out of the shrine, to chase after Zfatal.

The snake protecting Fatal and his prisoner hissed and snapped at Toushi. If it's fangs connected, they would probably insert enough venom to turn Toushi into a trophy, until someone rescued her. Fatal only took one trophy at a time. To do otherwise was to be greedy, and that would be his downfall.
The portal was very nearly complete.
