(( I live again ))
Tranquility was really starting to feel the cold now. She continued to pad forward though as the smells of Kira civilization floated on the wind. The very same wind seemed to pass right through her protective fur coat and well the result was a very cold Kira. Her gaze took in Holiday's form as he padded just beside her ... pale wisps of steamed air emitting from her friend's mouth as he spoke. She breathed heavily and was not surprised to see the same result.
The temperature was dropping rapidly but the lights shining just beyond the edge of the snow-strewn plains was an encouraging sight for her eyes.
Yipping softly in what one might call relief Tranquility broke into a run as she pushed back the cold to make one last dash towards her home and the warmth that lay within.

Holiday watched as his friend headed for the town. Even though it was dark he could tell the roads were cobbled beneath his paws. Lights from windows proved his paws correct and the salty smell of the ocean also proved it.
"We some how got to Ebi Town?" It was a bit of a surprise considering he had started off from the opposite end of the map. "Lets find some where to shake this cold off," His voice was more relieved than confused. Though he was curious how he got turned around so much from the town of Yama. It didnt matter much now though. He wanted to warm up now and maybe grab some local flavor too for his tummy.

Tranquility paused at the edge of the road that led to her place. As Holiday spoke the red and green kira nodded slightly. This was the right place. Waiting patiently for her friend to catch up Tranquility scented the air and sighed. The air was tinged with the smell of the sea and she inhaled deeply before sneezing. Rubbing her nose against her left fore paw solved that little dilemma.
"Hurry up Holiday. My place isn't too far from here and as soon as we get there I can try and get us warmed up."

Holiday didnt waist anytime. The kira hurried behind her as fast as he could. The thought of what her place was like loomed around in his head. Luck was on his side to have stumbled in a town that a friend lived in.
"So did you grow up here?"

"In Ebi Town? No. I only decided to move here once I was a teen. I like the view of the ocean and well the plains aren't so bad either. Basically I felt that I belonged here."
Tranquility paused in her musings before padding up to a doorway and pushing open the door. Light and warmth bathed her form and she grinned slyly at Holiday.
"Home sweet home."
As she entered her gaze locked onto the interior and she sighed with a little bit of relief to be home. The fire in the hearth had almost gone out and with a few well placed pieces of wood she had it burning once more. Stretching she turned to face Holiday and gestured to one of the small pieces of furniture that littered the room in decorative fashion before pawing her way into the kitchen.
"Is there anything you'd like?"
