The mage could only sit there quietly as Kurogane huffed his annoyance, waiting for the band to be moved. And the smell was quick to move back to his nose, luring Fai nearer. He choked a smile to Kuro before actually feeding though. "I already told you I'd try, remember?" Leaning down, Fai finally pressed his fangs to the wound.
Mending and cleaning the wound, Fai could feel the haze lifting from him. Now he could actually pause and look back on the latest events. Why had it spiraled so badly? Him and Damis had only been talking, and Fai couldn't help how the other male advanced. But...Fai had liked the brushes, and the sweet names, even if they were obviously fake. Then Kurogane had arrived, and it seemed like they were competing. Fai's ears fell as he finished the feeding, moving to readjust the band. If only it was Kuro who had done such actions, say such things beside idiot..
"Ta-da!" Fai smiled as he pulled back, now looking over the cleaned wound. "There, all better?" But now what? He could still smell Damis nearby.

Gods fawns were good! He arched his back in delight at the final kill. With hazy thoughts he buried the little thing, thanking nature. It was time to go back and fix things with angel. He was sure that things weren't on solid ground right now and honestly he'd like to keep Fai as a friend. He wanted another vampire in his life besides his father.
He emerged from the bushes, still cleaning his maw from the blood of various small creatures. He looked at the two. If only the blood-winged was a bit nicer those two would be a lovely couple. He coughed, looking down upon them rather amused. "I hope I'm not disturbing you. By the way may I ask the name of the blood-winged?"

Kurogane sighed, nodding in answer to the mage. He was trying, and the fact that he was feeding without argument made this even more clearer to the ninja. He hissed slightly as the mage's fangs met his arm.
The situation had gotten way worse than Kurogane would have ever thought. One moment he was pissed at the mage for startling him by leaving without letting him know other than a note, then the next he had been filled with rage at the clouded one who had been touching his Fai.
He paused, a frown crossing his face at where his own thinking had led him to. Before he could think any deeper into his thoughts he smelled the clouded on on the air, his head jerking up as he glared at the other, his tails subconsciously curling around Fai protectively. Why was he looking so smug?
" Kurogane," he growled, eyes narrowing as he spoke. He could care less what the other was named, he was putting way too much interest into Fai, and he didn't like it.

A mumbled aplogy was given to Kurogane's hiss. Nose wriggled as Damis made his appearance, the scent of blood faintly on him. But it wasn't Kurogane's blood, so it had little to no effect on the mage. If he was hungry, then it may have been a different story.
Fai sat coolly on his haunches, a small smile curving his maw as Kurogane's tails weaved near. "Hyuuu, but he also goes by Kurowan and Kurorin, among others." He beamed a smile as he patted the top of the ninja's head. Then he pointed politely to the other vampire. "Kuro, this is Damis." He had meant for a calm greeting earlier, but that had flown out the window. Would it happen again?

Damis chuckled at the silly sky-winged. It seemed the blood-winged didn't quite agree to those names but Damis would never complain about such things, he's been called many things...things that made him feel old. Oh god he was a great-grandfather. No! Damn it why did he have be remind of his age?! A small frown appeared on his face before he remembered where he was exactly. "Well, it seems I have been around another someone close to my kind. Why did you not tell me before little fox?"

Kurogane growled angrily and turned his attention to the mage. " Kurogane," he corrected. He had gotten used to the mage saying those ridiculous nicknames ( truth be told he hated it when the mage said his full name lately) but he would not let this Damis fellow to call him by those names too.
He huffed angrily before turning his attention back to Damis, watching him for any strange movements. he didn't like Damis, nor did he trust him to not try and man-handle Fai again. Though he was still trying to figure out exactly why he was so territorial about it in the first place.
His ears pinned back at the sound of Damis calling the mage by a nickname again, as much as he hated the pet names, he had to agree that it did fit quite well. Nevertheless.
" Fai," he corrected but it was merely a mutter, he wasn't in the shape to start another fight, and he certainly new better, for now at least.

Fai just rolled his eye at the correction by Kurogane. Well he liked Kurotan and Kurorin too! And as soon as they got home, he'd be sure to start up Kuro-puppy again as well. The ninja had played the part so well, what with the growls and fur raising.
"Oh?" Fai peeked back to Damis, abit surprised by Damis' question. One ear flicked back to Kuro to his persistance of original names. Silly Kurosama. "I didn't think it important to mention. But I was so surprised to discover it from you as well, Damis." He hadn't expected vampire kitsusagi. Would that be a problem though? The mage leaned forward carefully, bumping Kuro's injury with his nose. No need for others to be attracted to the smell of his blood.

Damis chuckled, quick to lay down next to the blood-winged. He disagreed with this Kurogane's technique, honestly Fai deserved much more than what the other was giving them. Assuming the two were a pair.
"A small world. But of course you and I are different. I am a vampire by genetics. You...I can smell new blood. We are different cases angel." His gaze strayed to the other's wound, not regretting it at all. Shows him not to mess with him in while he's in blood-lust. "Another thing that differs from us is that I can't take the blood of another Kitsusagi. It's like poison to us and even if we had to prey on each other it would never fill us. It would kill us faster than save us."

Kurogane watched the two converse, huffing unhappily when the mage poked at his wound. It may have been healed, but it was still sore. His attention flicked back to Damis when he decided to sit next to him. He was glad because if Damis had sat on the other side of Fai, he would have moved anyway to keep them separate. He did not like, however, having the vampire near him.
His ears pinned back again, his tails twitching against the mage's side in agitation as he pulled his wings close to his body and the mage's. Although he disliked Damis, he was interested in the information he was giving. Kurogane hadn't thought vampire kitsusagi existed either, or at least he hadn't thought about the fact that there may be some. He frown crossed his face as he thought about it. Damis mentioned new blood and it only reminded him how and why Fai was even a vampire in the first place, and how upset the mage had been with him afterwards.
He huffed angrily, setting his chin on top of his crossed front paws. He did keep an eye on Damis, but he still needed to rest a little.

Now this was interesting, Damis sitting so boldly beside Kurogane. Fai sat with a bemused smile, tails twitching faintly to this situation. He could only hope tmepers didn't cross this time around. And that meant for him to behave himself.
"Different cases indeed.." His tone was sarcastic to that little fact. His case was nowhere near genetic, let alone gifted. But it was what it was, unless he found some way to regain his other eye. The mage blinked and ducked as Kuro's wings adjusted, forcing himself to slide forward on his front paws also. He canted his head to Damis' flow of information, curious. "Poison? Well that certainly is a different piece of information." Did it affect him too? Or was he protected because him and Kurogane were originally human? "What does Kurosama make of that?" Fai peeked to the ninja, if just to get him to mumble at all.

Damis rolled his eyes, the black one's irritability was rubbing off onto him. This was supposed to be a good day. "Would you stop huffing and puffing? Your boyfriend and I did nothing, he said no."

Kurogane only glared in response to Damis' comment, a slight blush appearing along his cheeks, before turning his attention to Fai. " Sounds nothing like our situation," he answered. Apparently vampires were different from world to world. He shrugged after a moment of thought.
The ninja was, however, noticeably calmer. Whether it had been from his slight fatigue or from what Damis had said, either way he was less tense now. But happy or not, he always 'huffed and puffed,' Damis would have to get over it.

Fai bust into a giggling fit, waving his paw lazily to Damis. "Nyaa, but Kurodaddy always huffs and puffs." It was as normal as breathing, once you got used to it. And with all their travels, Fai had learned that each little sound held different meanings. As to the boyfriend comment, Fai could only turn a deaf ear. No need to be so enthusiastic to such games. Besides, that word was highly unprecedented. But yes, he did nod to the ninja's opinion. It did seem like vampires had many different circumstances.
The mage shifted as his loose belts kept poking at him, till he settled with his front paws tucked in, blue tails swishing to his side. He was curious how often Damis had to feed, but he wasn't one to pry such questions that might be turned back to himself.

Damis turned, imitating Fai's post a happier look on his face. "Fai...I think you're the lucky one out of us two." He sighed a bit. It would be nice he could just depend on someone else's blood. Most likely Rune's..she never minded biting and honestly it would feel him less guilty. Preying on lesser creatures, hearing their final desperate squeal, it was not as pretty. "May I ask how different our situations different? Were you turned? When it come to vampires, all he knew of was his own family. He had never encountered another vampire, even if the circumstances were different it made him feel...less like a monster.

Kurogane's ears pinned back again at Damis' question. He glanced over at him and frowned. He didn't blame him for asking, Kurogane had known the conversation would have led there eventually. What he wasn't looking forward to was Fai's reaction, if any, but he knew better. His tails curled around Fai, in an attempt to console him if he was bothered by the question.
