Well, no wizards couldn't see them. It's not like they see a "hole." They just can't see them with the gift. Remember when Zedd was attacked in the Keep by the pristinely ungifted and Sisters of the Dark? Zedd didn't see them coming and walked around the corner right into one of them.
And then Adie was fighting Jennsen and Sebastian in the Confessor's Palace. She could see Sebastian, but had no idea Jenn was even in the room because she couldn't see her with the gift nad he was also blind, so couldn't see her physically.
So technically, no, they wouldn't become targets. As long as the pristinely ungifted stayed in public, where the gifted can't focus on a single person enough to realize they can't be sensed with the gift, then they would be completely safe.
As far as magic is concerned, they don't exist, not by being sensed, not by being hit with magic (it goes right through them) and not with prophecy. That's why those like Oba, Jennsen, and Drefan could live in the world with other people. Once they escape the execution they should have gotten when they were born, they blended perfectly with the rest of the physical world.

Exactly. So what if lets say that there were some more of them and Then Richard found them later. He could have made a special forces unit in the Dharan army. Or would they have turned out like Oba and Jennesen and gone after Richards life blaming the fathers sins on the son? hmmm makes you wonder

It's tough to say. If you think about it, there is no definate genetics in each of them other than that of a Rahl. So while Drefan was physically built just like Richard, not everyone else was.
But they are all still individuals and would have a choice on how to live their lives. Odds are, most of them wouldn't want to fight. Most would just want peaceful, normal lives, right? Isn't that Richard's biggest point?

I kinda wanna know what would happen if a Confessor chose a pristinely ungifted as a mate, as Confessors are said to always bear Confessors, but the offspring of pristinely ungifted is always as such. Perhaps the subtractive magic in the confessor would kill the mate automatically? Hmm...
