She glanced off to the side casually and shrugged "She might... but she also might be confused if you've told her the same things..." Not wanting to admit anything since she wasn't ready for that kind of conversation.

Ade smiled. "My lifemate would not have to be confused if she did not wish to be. I would answer any questions she has honestly. I could not and would not lie to her." He noticed her avoiding looking at him and it hurt him. Was he so horrible that she couldn't look at him?

"I would hope that I could have a happy life with my lifemate. I am not an easy male to live with, and I know this, so it would be unfair for me to say that it would be an easy life." Ade smiled at Galiena. "And the woman who would be my lifemate would have to be strong in her own right. She, of course, would always have my protection. It would be hard for me to let her out of my sight after so many years without her. My every thought would always be for her safty and happiness."

Gali sighed "I think you should get to know your lifemate first... I mean it sounds like you know nothing about her or her life so far..." If it WAS her how would he react to her being a princess... plus how would her fathers react to her having... a soulmate... of sorts??

She glared "Right.. a slip of the tongue... I'm sure. Well... I belong to no one!" Stomping more hastily towards her home... unsure of why she was so annoyed but she figured distance was a good thing right about now...

Ade easily kept pace with her. "You belong to me. You are my lifemate. Your body and soul whisper to mine, just as mine whisper to yours." He moved in closer to her, lightly brushing her side as they moved on through the woods.

Ade boldly reached out pushed a stray hair from in front of her beautiful eyes. "I am not wrong. There is no other reason for me to see the colors that I do and to feel the way I am. She stared at him a moment "Two hundred and fifty... YEARS?? Your older than my fathers.... geez your already older than I'll live.... what happens then? I mean assuming I go along with this and all..." She didn't want to show how much he affected her... like no one had ever done before. Maybe it was a lifemate thing. Still she never went along with anything without a fight...
