"I guess not." she amended and sat down, taking a drink as well. She looked at him, touched and looked at her glass "Well, things here have been quite boring without ye as well." she stated, which was as close as Hawk could get to admitting that she missed him as well.

Phantom looked up toward the door cursing under his breath his cloths shift dramatically his tail vanishes stubble appears on his cheek and chin. glasses topping off the disguise. "Police coming to check out a disturbance that was called in." he says rolling his eyes sipping his drink before lighting a pipe that had seemingly appeared out of nowhere. "This is admittedly teh first time i have put lights on here." he confesses looking at the lit tourches

"True, people are still suspicious." she agreed and stood, stretching out her wings a moment, hearing the car approaching.

Phantom sighs waiting for the police to come banging on the door. "Well i did get up to some rather naughty behavior." he smirks

She frowned "What did ye-?" a knocking interrupted her question and she sighed. "Never mind." she commented, moving to answer the door. Opening it she nodded at an officer "Hullo, Officer, how I can help ye?" she asked. The officer blinked and frowned, a bit surprised at seeing her there, "We heard of a disturbance and came to see what was going on" he explained. Hawk smiled "This man, is setting up a shop, that's all. I came to check things as well. Everything's in order." she assured him.

Phantom smiled making extra sure to smile widely at teh police officer and wave friendly a purple smoke rinsing from his pipe

The officer frowned and pointed at the odd man "Who's that?" he asked, as Hawk stepped aside "The shop owner obviously." she commented, nodding at Phantom, hoping he'd behave.

Phantom had already thought of over one thousand fun filled ways to turn the police officer inside out and still keep him alive however he was. attempting. to reform. standing up Phantom walked over to the Police officer and shook his hand whether the police officer wanted to shake or not. "The Name's Erik, Erik Baldez" he says with a keen smile on his face still puffing on the smoke. "I appreciate the concern for my shops safety officer but i assure you anyone who attempts to break into this shop will be meet with a slow and painful death thanks to my protective barriers and yes i checked its legal" he says with a cheerful attitude. almost as if it had been on cue there came a roar from under the floor. "That is just my apprentice feeding our varies critters." he tells the officer with another smile

The officer blinked, about to question the legality of his 'critters', when Hawk placed a hand on his shoulder "I'll do a check and give a full report. I promise." she stated. Frowning the officer seemed to agree, and after a look around the room was ready to take his leave.

Phantom went to sit back down a stress ball appearing in his hand he started to squeeze it at rapid speeds. Phantom had a rabid hatred for police.

Sighing and listening to the car pull away, Hawk sighed and turned to Phantom. "Deep slow breaths." she commented, sitting back down. She frowned a bit, rubbing her temple, head aching.

"I hate police. no offense." he says offering an explanation as a form of apology to hawk shaking his head he finishes the drink. He stands smiling faintly. "Care to go for a walk?" he offers waving at the night sky

Phantom looks at the watch on his wrist shrugging. "He should be heading to sleep soon." he states opening the shop door for Hawk
