Anger; that's his key. I can see it in his face...
*Soul walked forward and stood over Harou with his hands in his pockets. He was bent over, trying to get close without bending his knees*
Get up. I wasn't talking about the rock; i was talking about me...
*Soul began "egging" the boy on, tauntingly slapping Harou on the cheek and on the back of the head while repeating "Come on." He knew he had him; to give him that final push, Soul placed his right foot right on the boy's shoulder and thrusted, shoving him to the grass*
Get up you worm! You are not fit to be a shinobi. That headband placed on you is a lie. Get up!!
*Soul's insides ached; he did not feel all that great doing this to Harou, a dear friend a great pupil, but it had to be done. If the boy wanted to get anywhere, he'd have to embrace every emotion in his body, especially anger*

Harou's face went from happy from his success to angry as to why Soul-senpai was doing this. "You god damn old fart, don't push me around!" Harou pushed off the ground with his hands, launching himself back onto his feet. The moment his feet hit the ground he pushed out with both hands against Soul's shoulders to shove him back for pushing him.

That's right; now that you're up, hit me....
*Soul walked slowly and looked deep into Harou's eyes, chuckling; his own burned with a firery insanity that was making him act this way. Their faces were close to touching and he gave a devilish smile*
Hit me, you pitiful excuse for a ninja...Hit me!

A rage built up inside Harou as Soul spoke. As the words 'hit me' escaped Souls mouth Harou's fist shot out at his solar plexis. From such a short range the punch's impact would instantly lay any man flat on his back.

Far away Chaos stood on a tree branch just laughing at the boy's and Soul's actions. A stern face on Chaos's face gave away that he was deep in thought. "That is right Soul... Push the boy to his limits and to yours." With that Chaos vanished in a puff of black smoke.

*Soul's face turned to the punch, the inside of his cheek being cut by his teeth. He staggered off to the side, but did not hit the ground. He tongue slithered along the cut; the taste of blood took Soul back to when he was a little younger, every battle he had involving bloodshed. He straightened up his back and walked back infront of Harou, smile now a bit wider*
I'm sorry, i wasn't clear. I meant hit me like a man!

Harou's expression grew vicious. He wasted no time. "Chakra enhancement, Ketushai!" Harou's muscles grew rapidly, starting with his arms and moving down his body. His fists clenched, he began throwing punches at a veracious speed at various places along Soul's center line.

That's more like it!
*Soul moved quick, shifting right to left, up and down, and also moving back. His movement was very impressive, dodging just about every punch. Harou was able to get four or five strong punches onto Soul, but all he did was laugh at the pain. He'd push on the boy's arms away as they came towards him. After moving a good few yards, Soul duck and rolled forward under one of Harou's flying fists. He immediatley did a furiouse spinning kick, with the boy open, he'd be able to get him in the back of the head*

Soul's foot struck strong and true in the back of Harou's head. He went flying forward into the ground and lay there for a moment. Harou couldn't think, his body was just engulfed with anger. Under his shirt his tattoos were itching to come out. Harou, completely out of his mind, jumped up in a rage. His hands were furiously moving from hand seal to hand seal. Finally, they clasped together and his chest looked as if it were bulging. Ripping from his shirt was. . a bear? Harou's tattoo on his chest had taken form. However insane Harou was feeling, he probably shouldn't be trying this seeing as how it absorbs so much chakra and after successfully performing a chakra gun, it was a bit much for the young chuunin. Even still, he continued.
The bear rushed bellowing a roar that echoed through the trees. It's right paw lifted as it approached Soul came crashing down toward his collarbone.
((>.> You've. . .never seen this abillity yet cause Harou could never really do it. Me and azure talked over what would go down, and , each one has a weakness that if hit they decipate immediately. Aside from that, you're fighting a bear that is probably a little smaller than the average bear. xD Didn't mean for that pun. . but yeah. I'll tell you, the bears weakness is it's throat. You should easily be able to avoid the whole thing right now though and hit him there. Or at least get away with like getting nicked by it for a more dramatic effect, if you so choose. Not enough really to have an effect on your fighting aside from pissing you off more. xD Harou will be very tired though as far as being down to probabl 60% chakra, which isn't good cause chakra enhancement is still in effect. However, the exercise is to push him past his limit so. Let us continue. ))

*Soul's smile had gotten even wider, outstretching his arms as if he were ready to get mauled, wanting it. As the bear came closer and closer, Soul's chakra surged through his body. The bear strook and its paws did not move from his neck. The bear could not slash through, for Soul had activated his Chakra Barrier. A blue sheen went over his body like shining metal*
I'll show you what Chaos wanted you to learn. Aaagh!!!
*Soul's chakra surged faster and faster through his body, for if it were his blood, it would have burst from his veins. His yell became louder, and then he shouted "Chakra Cannon." Soul's body was engulfed is a shine so strong that it would put the sun to shame. In no less than a second, the chakra from Soul's body shot from him, destroying the bear and the rest shooting off to the sky, lighting it up. The chakra was gone and Soul was on the ground, face in the grass and his breathing was hard. He felt a strong pain through-out his body, the chakra gone from him. The trainging session was now over*

Harou's eyes widened as the chakra blasted his creation apart. He was blasted backward and skidded to a stop on the ground, breathing heavily, he tried sitting up and his arms gave out. He tried once more, and was barely able to support his weight.
"That. . . .was the chakra cannon. . ?"

"Yes it was." Chaos said stepping out from behind a tree. A sly smile on his face, his red hair covering part of his face. "Though that seemed more like the advanced Chakara cannon." Chaos walked over to Soul and took a knee. "Soul... You are growing stronger, I'm impressed. Grow stronger and defeat Kashin. Once you defeat Kashin I will fight you." With those words Chaos stood up and looked at the boy. "I look forward to seeing just how strong you grow." Chaos chuckled and started to walk off, a low chuckle emerging from his mouth.

Harou was in to much shock from what had just happened that it took a minute to register. "Me. . .?" Harou's eyes wondered over to Soul.
"Soul senpai. . . "He called out, trying to get his attention.

"Don't die Soul..." Chaos said as he vanished behind a tree, his last words echoing out. "If you die then what will happen to your clan?"

Harou got up and ran at Chaos. "Get back here!" Harou's legs gave out and he collapsed a few feet from Soul. Panting and covered in dirt he rolled over and looked up at the sky.
