Hey everyone. Hope your New Year's was good. Mine's been kind of troubled. I have to plop down $600 for car repairs. And one of my kitty's died yesterday. He mostly belonged to my fiance but I loved him sooooo so much. I was at work when I got the call and my manager (fellow cat-lover) let me leave. I've never lost a pet so close to me, we don't even know why he died. We think he choked... --- He had such a personality. He knew when it was time for bed and when he wanted to cuddle he would climb on your shoulder, like it was his own kitty-hug. I think the hardest part was when he was being buried... I cried so hard. We still have my cat from when I moved in... he is 15 and going strong. There's definitely a lonely air in the apartment though. Sorry for unloading... we haven't really talked to anyone about it besides each other. *sigh*

I had a couple of cats that died a few years ago (during the same year, actually) and I kind of know how you feel. But it sounds like it was a different situation; they were old and sick, so we knew it was coming. My two now are two years old and perfectly healthy. I hope you feel better though!!!!!!!!!

I love cats... my diabetic cat died on the day of my freshman orientation two and a half years ago... he wouldn't eat and starved himself to death. It's so sad when animals die. cry

Thanks! heart We just adopted a kitten because my fiance wanted a companion. We got lucky that when we decided to look the kittens were just ready to be adopted. We have an orange Tabby who actually looks and acts a lot like the kitty we lost. I was surprised he wanted another kitty so soon but we're just different in that way I guess. But we're extremely happy. smile

Yea! That's great it worked out for you. We got kittens pretty soon after our old kitties died too. My dad and I just couldn't stand having the house quiet.

We have two Siamese cats. One is a blue point named Bubbles and the other is a lilac point named Tsuki. Tsuki is my baby. She goes everywhere with me and she likes to take naps on my shoulder while I walk around. And she likes to wake me up on Sundays. I have no idea why Sundays, but that's just her I guess. I miss her so much! If I could sneak her into the dorms, I would!

SOOOOOOOOOO CUTTTTTTTTEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My kitty Jinx looks a bit like Rocky, but he's bigger and he has a tuft of white on his chest. My other kitty, Aurora, is a little gray fluff ball with a habit of meowing at my door at the most inconvenient times (but I still love her heart ). I could not live without them, seriously...

Tsuki's my baby. I have no idea what I did before her. I love coming home and calling for my cat and watch her come find me and lay down on my lap and sleep...when's she's happy I'm home. Sometimes she's mad and ignores me for awhile, then comes to me and sleeps on my lap. I think she may have me wrapped around her finger. sad I miss her so much!
