Kale got closer, but never stopped the sexy move of her hips. "We don't want to fight, do we...?" She questioned him slowly, walking around him, and running a soft nail over his shoulder. "We're friends..." She continued. Watching him. She had this, if this worked she would be set. She walked back around him, facing him now, hand on her hip. "Aren't we?" She pouted her lips, and gave him a sultry look.

Ben averted his gaze away from Kale replying back to her. "Yah. Your my nakama after all." He crossed his arms and closed his eyes looking down at his feet trying no to fall deeper into Kale's little trick.

"I am.." She whispered, "And Nakama has to stick together." She replied seriously, touching his shoulder again, very sweetly. Then she back off of him, as his eyes were closed she slowly made herself invisible, but she was very sweet still as she talked. "Maybe we shouldn't fight at all." Her hands were on him again, the barest hint of a touch. Then as quick as they came they were gone; along with a few other things of Ben's.
Her voice was gone now, and so was she. All around silence.
Kale watched his form from her hidden spot, smiling to herself. Ben's two guns; Amaterasu [Sun Godess] & Susanoo [Storm God] were safely hidden out of his reach. That left her feeling a little relaxed. Though she was still planning to fight as hard as possible.

Ben looked up snapping out of Kale's temptress trick and felt his belt and realized that Kale just stole his Sun Godess and Storm God Pistols. "Wha-?! KALE!!" He yelled out looking around to try and spot her but had no immidate luck but smiled and held his arm out to his side. "...Ordeal of String." He pulled an almost invisiable wire activating the string dial he set while running away to try and bound Kale in his string trap.
(1 or 6 is a miss)

Kale's laugh echoed in the area surrounding them, almost as if she was everywhere. Now as she approached Ben silently, she pulled a small vial from her bag, slowly opening it, letting the scent waft away from her towards Ben. Here was hoping. If it worked, she'd have another chance to attack; as he would be paralyzed if not, well then she would have to think of something else, sadly.

Ben caught a wiff of something and immidately held his breath not inhaling the smell at all and turned to where he thought Kale was while reaching into his bag. "Nice try Kale!" He pulled out another dial and switched it releasing multiple orb clouds into the area, one of which he hopped onto sitting on it and looking down at the ground as his orb assended into the air. "Ordeal of Orbs!" If Kale touched even one of the orbs, it would explode or release something dangerous like spears or a giant crab.

Kale watched him, and jumped backwards and stared at the bubbles. She frowned slightly and watched the bubbles; and him ascending. She glared from her spot, and crouched down in her spot. Hopefully a safe distance away. She watched over them, and looked at them studying their patterns for a moment and then took off at a run. She dodged; glad for her tiny body, though, if Ben were watching, the wind from her movement would change their position slightly. She got a good angle, and snapped out her whip, leaping over another orb and sending the whip cascading towards the boy floating in the air.

Ben was cought off guard by Kale's agile manovers through his ordeal of orbs and was struck by her whip attack knocking him off his orb and falling back to the ground. "Nice try." He flipped over while falling and activated his Devilgas Jetpack and started flying high into the air above where kale was in the ordeal of orbs and then shut off the gas leaving him floating in the air for afew seconds and he faced down holding his hands to his sides, his plams facing down. "Nikyu Nikyu Hundred Pad Cannon!" He then threw his hands ina rapidfire shooting multiple pad cannons down around Kale's area and into the ordeal of orbs either setting the orbs off or striking Kale in the wave of pad cannons.
(Set em up and knock em' down.)

Kale yelped in surprise, probably giving off her location again -- but she took off at a run, still agile. Her became visible, but as she got quicker, it seemed that she was everywhere. "Ben!" Came her voice, and all of these little mirror images of hers were yelling the same thing, she was hoping to throw him off guard, confuse him, or something. The mirror images continued to last, talking, all saying different things that ranged from:
"Don't hurt me, Ben" to "Why are you doing this to me?"

Ben stopped his attack and started to fall back to the ground looking at all the coppies of Kale. "I know your tougher than this!" While falling, he pulled out his Rising Sun and Full Moon Pistols again and took aim at the Kale's around teh ground. "Bullet Barrage!" He unloaded 100 bullets in total down at the area of Kale's shooting at them and everything around them and rigth before hitting the ground, he used a milky dial to slow his decent and roll over on the ground to a kneeling position.

Kale wasn't hit, but all of the copies were gone now. There was silence and Kale was no where to be seen, obviously using the copies as a way to disappear without him being able to see where she had gone too. She planning her next attack, sighing. She could feel the gun wound, not to mention -- a would from before that had re-opened, but she kept going.
She watched him, from her position and then started for him, avoiding any of the left over orbs by leaping over them, and flipping over them; so that her movements wouldn't cause them to move. She approached him, and slunk behind him silently. Slowly she raised her sword and brought it down quickly in a furry of quick slashing at Ben.

Suddenly, Ben was slashed multiple times on his back making him roll over to the side in pain and look back to see if he could find Kale or where she was attacking from. "Damn it." He said getting back to his feet and still looking around for any sign of Kale. "Give up. You can't win Kale." He held his hnads down and compressed small air bubbles into both his hands in the shape of paw pads. "Nikyu Nikyu Ursa Bomb." He threw both bubbles forward to where he thought Kale attacked from and the explosions from both would be moderately powerful.

Kale wasn't there, but she was still close so when the second one went off, Kale fell backwards with an 'oof' noise. "Shut up, Ben!" She yelled, though she was hurt. She stood there, not feeling the blood that was seeping through her top giving off her location. She snapped Cherry into whip form, and sent it careening out towards Ben; she wasn't backing down.

Ben used his sixth sence to quickly predict Kale's attack and location and tumbled to teh side dodging itbut twitched a little from some sand getting into the cuts on his back. "Got ya! Weapon Amnesia..." He looked over to Kale's location and wiped his and her mind of how to use their weapons for afew minutes. "Now, Nikyu Nikyu Pad-a-pult!" He then thrusted his hand into the ground and repeled the sand away from the ground creating a large wave of sand that went toppling over towards Kale.

Kale yelped as the large wave of sand came down on her. She laid there, a moment coughing, quietly. She was silent, blood mixing with the sand. She was visible now. She was laying face down. She looked unconscious.
