Ruka Kusabana Captain of Squad 9 Ruka nodded "It's fine I understand." She stood and held out a hand to shake "I'm Ruka Kusabana, Captain of Squad 9 and Head of the Arts and Culture Department. What's a Fraccion doing around here if you don't mind my asking?" In the corner of her eye she noticed the human sitting on the bench. She wondered why her face was covered and hidden.

Ruka Kusabana Captain of Squad 9 "Fair enough."Ruka replied easily. She tilted her head to the side thoughtfully "You don't seem to get along well with them. Aren't they your brothers and sisters?" She had heard Blut and the others use the terms so often that it seemed strange to her how Leon didn't act in the same way. While she could understand some differences of opinion, this man seemed to detest them.

Somehow Possesses Alex DarkStar's Twin ZanpaktousAlex's ears pricked upon hearing the familiar sound of Ruka's voice talking to this arrancar newcomer. The newcomer had just sat in a bench only one away from her own spot. Then, she heard the voice of D'kay enter the scene and sit next to the other arrancar.
'I've felt this newcomer's presence before... In Downtown.'
'Heehee~ I recognize it, too, as well as the shinigami girl's and the other arrancar... I think the girl arrancar is the cero espada... Wanna toy with them~?'
'No. I want to rest... You know how hard we've already worked today. Remember our motto: "Don't speak unless spoken to. Don't attack unless the opponent makes an attacking move first." We are a truly neutral alliance. Remember that.'
'Alright, mistress, whatever you say~ ... But I'm curious. How are we going to attract members~?'
'We're going to appear before the willing sides and appeal to them. If they dare challenge us, then we'll accept... Our spiritual pressure now is up-to-par against anybody who dare stand in our way and defy our words.'
'And who's first in this contract, pray tell~?'
'I am to seek out Ruka... If she ever becomes alone, away from company... Though I am now interested in this new arrancar before us...'

A very tall and refined looking man appeared in the garden, calmly moving forward to walked to Ruka's bench and sat down looking around the garden pretending as though he had not noticed her sitting there. After a few moments he looked to her and a small smile crossed his lips as he spoke " Oh Ruka... I hadn't noticed you there... are you following me?" he asked coyly as he looked to the other two people that were infront of her, pointing to the girl he spoke " We never actually met, although you do have a fairly impressive reaitsu if i do say so myself...." and pointing to the other one " And I have no idea whom you are..." he said calmly as he rose and gave a very deep bow " I am Ken Faita..." he said rising after his almost perfect bow and awaiting introductions from the other two...

Captain of Squad 9 Ruka nodded at Leon's response "I see..." she felt a little bad for him. The history archives went into some detail regarding the ranks of the Espada, but there were no true details on how Fraccion were treated. Looking at Leon now, it was a bit easier to understand. She looked up as first D'kay and then Ken appeared. The garden's sense of peace kept her calm and she glanced at Ken, a smile tugging at her lips. "On the contrary, you're the one who's following me." She looked over at D'kay but said nothing.
