Alnette was quick to counter, but instead of slashing, she reversed the blade and struck him with the pommel. She figured it'd be a close enough equivalent to a shield bash.

Remembering a tactic that helped him in a past duel, Rusty threw himself forward to land right on top of Alnette. The weight of the armor proved quite devastating last time.

Rusty momentarily got off of Alnette, but she wouldn't find any reprieve (unless she was quick enough to dodge that is). Rusty again tried to slam his body against hers.

When Alnette dodged, Rusty’s body left a small crater in the ground. Momentarily trapped in the crater, he was helpless to defend against Alnette’s attacks.

Alnette would end this quickly. She sheathed her sword before removing it from the belt, angling it right, she swung it like a golf club with enough force to hopefully knock him unconscious without doing serious damage.

It could be said that Rusty had a hard head. Her blow made him so disoriented that he saw two Alnettes. The defeated royal climbed out of the crater and reached for one of the Alnettes. To his luck, he managed to find the wrist of the real Alnette. "We have ourselves the first winner of the King's Colosseum!" the King exclaimed as he raised Alnette's arm to the air. "Though I'd have liked to be the first winner of my arena, you're the better combatant today!" The applause was thunderous as the spectators cheered for Alnette, who gave a magnificent performance. Haew applauded loudly for both the combatants. He waited until the crowd died down before he spoke to the King. "Might I have the honor of the second fight?" he asked.

"You'd like a duel?" Rusty asked as he limped over to Haew. "My next scheduled duel is against Helios next Monday, but I'll be sure to test my mettle against you eventually." Reassuring the eager warrior, Rusty gave him a thumbs up.

Rusty was huffing and puffing. He knew he was late, but he would make up for it. For this duel, Rusty lacked his armor. His weapon of choice seemed to be his trademark paddle. Upon seeing Helios, Rusty swiped his paddle at Helios to being the battle.

Don't worry about it Rusty let's just get this started! Helios saw Rusty coming in with his attack. Helios tried to aviod the paddle but it landed right on her backside "ouch! blast it Rusty I going to get you back for that!" Helios came at Rusty with a roundhouse kick.
