akiyo frowned into yuki and hikari's question..he then answered.."i havent really joined akatsuki wannabees at the beginnning and so as that im very far from u guys. I therefore give u my own hypothetically randomized answer, which is the banning starts when the members of the akatsuki wannabees starting to grow big and ends up with a higher degree of population as stated in the profile list. The "C" was orignally liderz idea which i have a guess that the "C" word is not actually the actual food but the internet term

I started giggling to myself then laughed so hard that a tear fell from my eye
I brushed it off using my index finger and with the same finger I pointed at akiyo
