Punishing a Poacher
1. Get 400 interactions
2. Have a Fighting type at level 45 or higher in your Party
3. Get 700 interactions
4. Have 80 people feed the Aggron a Cheri Berry
5. Have a Cacturne at level 45 or higher in your Party
6. Have a Manectric at level 45 or higher in your Party
7. Have a Torkoal at level 45 or higher in your Party
8. Have a Bronzong at level 45 or higher in your Party
9. Get 1000 interactions
10. Choose the Token

Needing a Friend
1. 500 interactions
2. 1200 interactions
3. 600 interactions
4. Aipom, Ursaring, Sealeo, Luxray, Ponyta in your party
5. 3 Swablus from Safari Zone in your party
6. 3 Phanpys
7. 50 dry berries for each Phanpy
8. 400 interactions
9. Swablu in your party
10. Electirizer
11. Release 6 Pichus
12. Moon Stone, Lemonade, Razor Fang
13. Kirlia, Mightyena, Dusclops, Salamence at Lv. 100 in your party
14. 650 interactions
reward: Jirachi
Don't see this one and I put the guide together based on spoilers from a gpx forum. Some may have changed, but this is what I gathered.
King of the Temple
1. Get a Charmander Egg from the Shelter
2. Hatch the charmander EGG
3. Level Up a Swellow and Pidgeot to at least Lv50
4. Get 1,000 interactios
5.Continue on with the Hoothoot (Have 120 people give the Hoothoot a berry)
6. Get 250 interactions
7. Have a lv65+ fighting pokemon (used to be machamp) in your party
8. Get a Charmander in your party
9. Cure Charmander's poison (Have 150 people give the Charmander a pecha berry)
10. Get 1000 interactions
11. Get a baltoy EGG
12. Find exploration item
reward: Regigigas

2. Have 65 people give the Wild Wurmple a berry
3. Have a Brave-nature Pokémon in your Party
4. Win with a Psychic-type Pokémon in the Vs. Seeker
5. Solve the Riddle (or look below)

Just thought I should mention, the 2nd step to The Three Singing Chatot mission is actually 90 people are needed to feed the Chatot, not 20.

Deep in the Laboratory correction..
5.Have a Miltank, Tauros, Abomasnow, Bastiodon, and Graveler in your Party
6.Have 85 people feed the Mareep a Pecha Berry
7.Get 500 interactions
8.Have 1 Fresh Water in your Inventory
9.Have a level 100 Venusaur, Charizard, and Blastoise in your Party
10.Get 2500 interactions
So the missing step was the 5th step.
