"I'll give you a few days to rest and then we can meet to see where you're at," Marisol smiled, rising to her feet. She needed a shower rather badly and vaguely had the feeling that if she didn't leave now she might try to take a nap instead. "See you soon, Sylvia," she gave a wave before heading off.

Sylvia chuckled, “Sounds like a good plan.” The soreness was setting in, and she didn’t want to over-do it. It would be good to have a few days’ recovery from her first spar before pushing her stretching limits for the first time in years.

“Thanks for the practice!” She waved and gave Marisol a smile before heading over to return the spear to where she found it. From there, she was probably off to find a snack, and possibly a bath…
