Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's 1972. Because after Tetsu left MALICE MIZER, he said his age. And, while in the band, Kozi said that he and Tetsu were the same age.

I believe him to be a millenia old energy vampire.
He sucks the youth out of his vocalists to keep him going.
