Edea bit her lip, grimacing slightly. How embarrassing...
She thought she might have a class with these two...didn't she? She thought so but maybe she was wrong...they looked familiar, though...
She hung her head and mumbled, "Sorry," as she backed towards the door.

"Wait, stay." Taryn said somewhat suddenly. Hadn't she noticed the girl watching things that weren't there (but actually were), or seeming to listen to something when all was silent (except for the other stuff)?

Edea looked up in slight surprise. "O-ok...why?" she mumbled, glancing at them. Could this be trouble for her? They hadn't seem the bullying type but then again...she wanted to know what they were thinking, wanted to know very badly. And it was as if she were picking up some odd radio station in her ear.
'Hadn't she noticed the girl watcing things that weren't there...'
Edea gasped, and looked around quickly, wondering where that had come from.

"We're honestly not that mad," he said. Especially considering he was curious as to how she had managed to avoid his expert sense of hearing. More likely than not some kind of psychic magic blocking out that message from his ears when she didn't want to be noticed.

Edea smiled then, it seemed somewhat forced but it was nonetheless a smile, "Thank you. I do apologize, though. If you wish for me to leave?" but she put her slim fingers up to her temple, a voice not her own whispering in her head 'expert sense of hearing...physic magic..message'? She shook her head, "I haven't any magic..." she mumbled, "must be someone else."

"I wouldn't be too sure you don't, considering neither of us verbally suggested that you did," he answered. He thought somewhat more "loudly" than normal: Maybe you're hearing something in there that isn't you?

Edea's knees nearly gave from under her as that little voice whispered in her head. It was a clear sentence this time and it resounded within her mind. She shook her head, trying to get the voice out. Nobody had said anything ? How could that be? She couldn't understand these thoughts, how could they be hers? Yet, they must be...

Edea laughed into her hand, "I think I'm losing my mind, that's what," she answered, shaking her head. This was all too confusing. She'd like to go and curl up in bed or something. A group of about five people passed her and for the second they lined up with her, she could hear in her mind a cacophony of whispers, drowning each other out, desperately trying to be hear, it seemed. She thought she would truly go mad and then, they stopped, the group had passed.

"Look, if you're hearing something in there that isn't you, it's probably psychic magic. Otherwise I'm not sure what you could possibly be so worked up about," he said, being careful to use the same expression as in thought earlier, as an attempted test.
