Entering through the portal Gomu began his rhytmic speech again.
"From here you shall feel the swealtering heat. The jungle we're in is at best at humidity peak. notice the trees that spill out liquid latex, don't vex, for soon you will be with them at an appex. Like the Phase you have learned to be Chuunin thus far, this technique consumes much chakra. when learning that is you must be mindful, not doing too much damage to your bones and all of the above."
Chakra began to glow around Gomu as with ease he began to stretch and expand his arms and limbs.
"You must, you must, you must indeed, add chakra to all muscles and limbs as i do so with ease, then force them to grow along side bone and skin, and twist your body back and fourth all over and over again!."
Gomu continued showing Odkut. It was not as simple as it sounded, especially with Gomu's whimsical way of talking. But none the less those were the essentials. By focusing chakra in ever cell of ones body, that whould have to be manipulated, rather htan cheap sugery. In either situation, one could die if not done properly.

Odkut nodded in understanding as he quieted his mind to focus all his chakra proporly and he then let his chakra flow evenly through out his body and tried to strech his arms, but to no evale.
''How long can I have to train on this I think it may take awhile.''
He then tried again while wwaiting for a reply.

"Here in the Jungle is the place to Train for Rubber at best, the humidity here puts the body to rest. But as your first test of training at first, find the Rubber Trees and try to merge with them, and then combat Golems for sport!"
Gomu said with a hearty laugh at the end of his speech.
"Go! And For 3 days Train then Come back to me, after which I shall begin to teach you the Taijutsu!"

with a nod Odkut walked over to the nearest rubber tree, and began to merge with it. He merged quicker than he thought and then a problem arose. He merged with ease but unmerging was nearly impossible, he almost thought he needed to go shadow form but instead he meditated. After a few minutes he slowly came out. On the next day he tried rubber form, this time he did it, not for long but enough to strech his arms and unstrech them. He trained on this until he nearly mastered it, but he got cocky and didn't unstrech his arm quickly enough. He heard a loud CRACK! and it went limp. He didn't know if it broke or what but he couldn't use it and it hurt all that time. Luckily he was used to the pain that accompanied his shadow form. On the last day his arm worked but still was in terrible pain. He sat and flexed his arm to remove the soreness and then he went back to his sensei.
I am ready to train in Taijutsu, sensei!
He said this with a smile on his face, while he heavily favored his arm.

something is coming
sensing danger Odkut used his new rubber powers and let ALL of his body turn rubber only for a minute as a fist came out of the ground and stuck his chin. Instead of pain it tickled alittle bit while his head bounced up and snapped back.
Sensei? Did you do that, if so you don't need to take it so easy on me. I know you can do better. Wait, that was a test wasn't it? Geez all of you tsuchi teachers like pulling pop quizes don't you?
Odkut said this, smiled, and passed out from the total exaustion.

Standing about 100 yard away the fist retracted back into the ground, and soon snapped out of the hole and back into Gomu's socket. He was taking his time approaching.

Shortly after passing out Odkut started thrashing around and woke suddenly with a fright. He had a flashback of his fathers death, it unnerved him for minutes until he saw his sensei. He got up and kept favoring his arm, as it was still in pain.

Gomu said shaking his head.
"Can you even do this?"
Biting a hole in his thumb gomu blew air into it and it began to expand like a balloon before healing up quickly implimenting his chakra.
"Or This?"
He said throwing the large fist more than 30ft into the air.
"How about this?"
He did the same with the opposite leg.
"How far can you stretch?"

He then threw his good arm as far as he could, it only reached out about 8 ft. He then retracted his arm and then asked,
How do you heal so quick? I felt a spike of chakra, what did you do and how? Can you please teach me?

Gomu said To his Student, demonstrating by ripping one arm off, destroying the cells and muslce tissude there, when soon after, another arm grew back entirely.
"What's to worry about are complexed organs, Byakugan can make qucik work of our style if we we're so bouyant."
Turning and walking away he said.
"Think back to what you trained in before you came hear. If you can't do that, then, you will never master the Tsuchi No Gomu."
And with that he was gone.
