As it is, denied. There is the Biochemist class or the Necromancer class if you want to summon things. The only other class/bloodline that summons creatures to help fight is the Shadowknight, and they pay a full rank of energy for each and every single creature they summon. Something that summons an entire horde of enemies for a C-rank is a no-go.

Yes i could take the Biochemist class or Necromancer class for summoning, but there is no point in that seeing as the classes themselves have no room for expansion, and the Cursed Soul bloodline has little amounts of skills that so far i have had to rank high because of being "OP".

Pad Chief Did a spellcheck. There are no errors when using UK English. Did it in US English. No errors. I have a spellchecker installed into Firefox. Care to explain yourself? I'll change it I'm just wondering what on Earth you could possibly be on about. Caught the Incredibly Evil and Incredibly Evil part though just now. That was one but I thought one of those would be incredibly small and incredibly evil, since I don't want you using this technique to instant-kill any necromancers or shadowknights in a battle. There was one other thing but I can't remember what it was so don't worry about it.....

Rank this up to C and Adept rank. This removes one of the major disadvantages to using the Dust Cloud or your Dust Storm technique, so it's not going to be easy. Also, this isn't passive as it is an active shield, so it costs C-rank to activate and E-rank to maintain every two posts.
Earth Trap:
Approved.
Stone Trapping:
Approved.
Vibration Sensory:
Approved. But I'd like to see a counter technique for Earth users to hide themselves from this as well.
Manpish:
I'm still hesitant about the numbers you are summoning, even if they are weaker than the skeletons that SKs can summon. Approved, pending Kage or Fenrir's final word. IE: You can learn it and teach it to others, but until one of them approves it as well, you can't use it in combat.

With as much as he knows, and the energy he manipulates he is able to reconstruct body parts, He is only able to use this through contact of a person, and will work with himself but will take longer for his own body to reconstruct. The energy he has flows through the body and reads it, to create an exact replica of the said body part using similar cells from the person in question.
This does not construct body parts from said cells, it re creates the body parts on the body that this skill is being used on.
ex. Someone's Arm is amputated, this skill can recreate the arm on the body.
This can also not be used to "heal" or "fix" wounds.
Time Chart:
One Major Body Part, Arms, Legs, ect: 2 Post
Eyes, Ears, Tail, Wings: Can be done before the post is finished.
Doubled for Reconstruction of himself.
RP SAMPLE:
With a slight growl, he now held the eye of the seer. But standing there and looking at the seer he sighed feeling sorry he had just lost his eye. His hand began to show energy through it. And he touched the eye socket of the seer. For a few minutes he stayed like that and soon enough when he had moved his hand the eye of the seer was back, and normal like before. The energy had created a new eye for the seer using his own genes. And then Allenthros left.

Eh, this isn't quite what I was thinking about. More along the lines of something that counters the vibrations by producing vibrations that cancels the first ones out. But, approved.

Type of skill: The White Nightmare
Skill name: Full clothing control

Skill description: It's like a mere state that the person has great control and focus onto the cloth in their surroundings. This skill can last threw the hole battle. The person is able to bring any clothing (as in "as much they want) within 95 Yards (not the clothing the other person has on) to rap around their body as protection and to be use. Not only just the person can bring clothing to them, but also use that at their advantage. Just like the Snake Cloth, the person can control the cloths move around in med air but with out needing to hold them. So practically the person can control the cloth to move around like a ghost and can rap up their enemy with the sheet's or other cloths, holding a person down all tie up. Even though this would be good to capturing the energy, the cloth is still cloth which mean it still can be cut or burn and the enemy can get free.
Sample: Kora gotten capture from a un-none man that tied her up in ropes that she couldn't get out. With out any room or space from her arm, she couldn't do anything to let herself free from the ropes. She couldn't do anything as she was being carried over to his home to who knows what he'll do to her.
Once he took her in the room, he tossed her onto the floor and remover her mouth peace that she couldn't talk threw the hole time. "How dare you taking people by force! Un-tie me right now!" She shouted to him. Hopefully anyone close by could hear her and he would had to set her free. But the man did not, as he just grind at her. "No way missy. It was way too easy catching a cleric, that I should disurve something out of you." The man said with a grin, which mad Kora's skin crawl. She douse not want to find out he'll do to her so she has to get out of here now! "I'm warning you, Let me go or I'll-" "Or you'll what? Gonna cry? Your all ted up and no one can hear you from here. You can't get away! Your my-" Than the man was cute off as a sheet from his bed began to rap him around like it was alive! "W-What the?" He struggled around as he fight back to the living sheet. But the sheet wasn't doing that as it own, it was being control control from Kora energy because of her bloodline with cloths. Wile the man would be distracted from his sheet wile searching for his sword, Kora used her energy to also got a little sheet from the ceartion by the windows to use.
Being rip off from he hangers, in came by to Kora side, having her energy into it side turning it into a "cloth blade", it started to cut onto the ropes on her enough to got herself free. Removing the ropes off of her, Kora quickly go up to the window, opening up and made her escape, wile the man fight the sheet. Once he would tear the sheet to tear, he would see it would be to late and Kora gotten away.

Skill description: This technique is incredibly similar to the Cloth Sword technique. This one though, creates a spear. This technique is more useful than the sword version in that nearly any piece of cloth can be used in this technique, as they are just rolled into a tube. Both ends of the spear are sharpened to the point where they can puncture flesh and pierce through wood.
Sample: Kora pull out a badge and un-roll it. She putted her energy into it, not making it a snake cloth, but have it roiling it together into a spear. Holding up her spear in some duration, she thrown it right at to a aiming target that archers uses, The spear pierced right into the wood, showing that Kora was a few inches off from making into the middle of the circle.
