Let's say Froslass.
I was thinking of a stallerish set:
Bold @ Leftovers
Evs: 252 HP, 252 SD
Moves:
-Hail/Destiny Bond
-Spikes
-Double Team
-Ice Beam
But I don't know if that is really a good option. Based on Base Stats Froslass looks more like a Special Sweeper to me.
Go for sweep. Froslass @Choice Scarf Snow Cloak - Lonely EVs focus on Sp. Atk, Spd --- Ice Beam Shadow Ball Hidden Power (Fighting) Destiny Bond If you can't get Hidden Power Fighting, get Wake-Up Slap instead and change the EVs to 216 Atk / 100 SpAtk / 192 Spd.

Relcanth @ Choice Band -Head Smash -Aqua Tail/Waterfall -Earthquake -Double Edge Relicanth's Head Smash is godly. No recoil, a large attack stat, stab, and choice band can do a s**t load of damage. Others are basically fillers.
