Gabriel circled the gargantuan gummi in low, wide curves, sniping with the lighter guns at the bits knocked free by Tau and Maki's attacks. "Could do, but we'll have to smack him around a bit to get him to open that one up again, and we'll only have a narrow window to fire into it before it fires back. Keep your eyes peeled, maybe we'll get lucky. We might be able to cripple it enough to force it to expose itself, and I've only got a few shots before the MFAC runs dry."

((Naw. I probably just didn't make it clear enough, my bad. @Dorinda: Nothing big, really. Just Zife had to go for awhile, and right now the group in space is battling a giant gummi robot that only has half a body, a head, and only one arm.))
Not visible reaction was made when Tau attacked it's uncompleted body, but once the lasers fired by Gabriel, Maki and Prinz were shot at the gummi it began to cry out in pain. Instantly swinging it's arm about it shot a few lasers from the tip of it's fingers at the group. When attack from the inside the gummi would lose it's protective shield for a few minutes before having them turn back on automatically. Because of it's unprotected half completed body it had no way of not getting attacked from the inside.

Gabriel studied the enemy's counterattack, watching for any sort of pattern, or discrepancy therein. "Prinz, I got a funny idea. If we can't shoot it down...what if we try and board it? Does that thing have a hatch or a hangar or some sort of opening other than the face beam?"

"Looks like it's shields are down." he smirked and started to scan for any possible entry. "I've found an opening on it's back. It's hidden, but it's there somewhere. We can enter it any shoot down it's core. Once that's down we can escape through the mouth." he replied to Gabriel. It was true even though they were shooting at it, it would take forever to fully destroy it like this. Plus their lack of fuel would eventually come and bite them.
((If you want you can just post that after a break and a change of ship, you flew back into space.))

((no break for me, but i am coming back into space, just ignore my other post, the one that was misguided, heheh))
vice stood on the floor of the hanger in the carrier, leaned against a wall "this is just a big pain in the butt" he said, and grunted as he leaned forward and walked back to his ship, climbed in and closed the canopy "hey guys, i'm back in the action, just no more of those piercer missiles for me" he said, chuckling as he flew out of the carrier "ok, so, the weakness is in the back?" he said, flying towards the massive ship "i got a present for him right here" he said, arming one of his missiles as he flew behind the ship, peppering it with gunfire, trying to reveal the weak spot, then fired his missile, blasting a hole in the back "you guys are all clear, i kinda forgot to reload my missiles, so you guys handle the rest" he said, chuckling as he started peppering the giant gummi ship in the head, trying to distract it "you guys go, i'll distract it"

"On the back, says you. Let's have a look." Gabriel looped under the monstrosity, past where Tau was trying to remove its kidneys, and took a good look at its backside. "Well nail me to the clouds, I think I see it. Keep it busy, I'm going in there."
There was a brilliant green flash from the three-clawed barrel under the Hellwind's nose, and the armor that concealed the hidden opening drifted away in molten ribbons. Gabriel's fighter wobbled for a moment until the stalled engines re-fired, and the Hellwind vanished into the interior of the flying colossus.

Tau looked over at the Hellwind entering the massive gummi. "I'll give you cover fire." He mentally said to him and followed right behind him.
((I love your remark about the Tau trying to take out its kidneys, Chronicler.))

The density of the enemy's body garbled Gabriel's signal, but bits and pieces leaked out through the static. "Son of a..........hate to be HIS plumber, I tell you what!...flying in here....through a non-Euclidean swirly straw....got a signal....stronger....Prinz, which key.....supposed to have?"
[I try. biggrin And I should mention, I love your signatures.]

"PLease do not tell me that the entrance is in his butt cause I would not be going anywhere near the damn thing." Maki retorted.

Since Tau was consideably smaller then the Hellwind and other gummis, he was able to get furhter up ahead, getting into it main body while easily avoiding the attacks from its internal defense turets. "Gabreil, if you can, rely to the group that I am within its main body and looking for the key. He told the pilot of Hellwind using his psionic ability.

"Aw hell, Maki, I didn't wanna think about that! Ow. Seriously, ow. I'm going to poke out my mind's eye now. Ow!" Gabriel boosted the power on his transmitter to make sure he could get it through the multiple layers of gummi parts. "Tau's gone deeper in to look for the key, I'm heading upward to look for the core. Which key are we after, Prinz?"

((Look at the third post I made in here, Dorinda. I left one for you.))
"Stay safe, okay?" he smirked while shooting at on the outside, and dodging any attacks that giant gummi shot at the others. "We're looking for the Oblivion. It should be the last key."
