Frankly mornings suck, they are not what they are cracked up to be.
I just got the cutest eye covering made of white silk and on the front it has 2 closed eyes. I am going to wear it so the sun does not wake me up. lol Not kidding!

But truly, I can sleep in broad daylight, I don't really need the mask. I am narcoleptic and life is a waking dream at times to me.

I have church at 8:30.
Dx
So I wake up late and rush rush rush because my mom hates being late. Church is over after 3 hours, return home, laze around a bit, get a nap in if I'm lucky (if I can evade my mom, that is), start helping to make dinner, nephews come over and I play with them, eat dinner, hide fromplay with nephews s'more (they really are très cutée though), and then once they leave I will try and start some homework. Depending on how much I have. Sometimes I end up playing board games with friends or family. But yeah, that's about every single Sunday.
I hate having 8:30 church though, 'cause I'll never get time to sleep in at all this entire year! School at 8 on weekdays, work at 8 on Saturdays, and then church at 8:30 on Sundays.
I'm too tiredddd~

8:30 church sucks. *nod nod* When I would go to the UU with my mom we would get there around 10 which is quite a civilized time. Sounds like you have a really busy sunday!!

When I was little and would stay with my grandma on the weekends we would try and make it to "early church" as she liked to call it, but we never did, lol.

I guess, bottom line, I wish I didn't have to do anything on Sundays. But when I work I generally get woken up between 6 and 7.

Ouch. I used to work Sundays, but I haven't for a while now. It just made me jealous of all the people who were having a day off. Doesn't help that I'm normally hungover on a Sunday either xp .

This sunday is attempting a return at a couple favourite rituals:
Ritual 1: The sleep in.
Involves getting up at 6Am-7AMto help Willowbark get the kids ready for church. Then I crawl back into bed around 9AM and sleep until I wake up. Usually 1PM-2PM.
Ritual 2: Magic: the Gathering
Yeah, I play card games. I love strategy games. I end up calling all the players around 3PM-5PM to see who is all going, then drive the 20 minutes to meet up and play for a few hours. It's grand fun, I always have a blast, even if I get ganged up on and beat soundly. It's all in good fun. Been addicted to the game since 2000 and I see no real reason to drop it as it's not an all-consuming hobby. I put almost no money into it besides gas money and some money for coffee when we meet up.
So yeah, trying to get those going strong again after the christmas holidays and being sick for 3 weeks that usually made it so I couldn't travel on Sundays for cards. I'm hoping I can get it all going again mrgreen

hmmm...i'd probably wake up quietly and tiptoe to the computer...teehee...and then i'll open my gaia account...(in weekend mornings no one wakes up early except me...hehehehe)
