I just filled out my report. I had recieved an email stating I had been banned from selling an item in the marketplace and it was bought with botted gold! That just makes me want to scream, how am I suppose to know if some botter is going to buy my item?? I'm afraid to do anything on here anymore. confused

)= Still Blocked. Filed the Report yesterday.
I got an e-mail saying I was rightfully banned and that I would not be getting Box Reply back.
I feel like screaming. I spent cash on almost all of my mc's on it and all my cash shop items.

I'm afraid to do anything on here anymore. confused yeah,i never did understand how they can say you were botting if a bot purchased something from your shop.you have no control over who buys it rolleyes heart

Submitted my report this morning... after I submitted the regular version yesterday so hope that's okay. I have such mixed feelings right now, half overjoyed and encouraged by those we have gotten their accounts back and half saddened and discouraged by those who still get told their bannings were correct. neutral

If it's true that people are getting banned because bots buy their items, then it seems like that might be why I got banned. As paQQy, I used the market place avidly, buying token for cards and selling my fish and whatever I got from cashing in tokens.
I haven't been told what the reason for my ban was... though if now I think that using the marketplace was the cause...
If that's the case, there needs to be a way for us to know not to buy from botters... or that there should be a way to catch botters before they buy our items.

That's what I thought too, but when I emailed them asking if marketplace/botted gold used to buy my items were the cause of my blocking, they replied that accounts with botted gold are returned, or have been returned [or something close to that] (then they start ranting about how I botted in games... which I don't do. =( For heaven's sake, I earned a bronze fishing trophy in February and they think I BOT?! This is wearing down my patience though I try to bottle up my anger... sweatdrop )
But anyways, whether or not that explanation about the marketplace/botted gold helps, I sincerely hope that you'll get your account back because you obviously don't seem like one to bot (seeing the circumstances and methods you use to earn gold)

For the people that had their accounts unblocked..did it get unblocked after you filed the report or did some of you get unblocked before you could do the report..

i got unblocked!1 everyone should add me...mt old account was Xxsuicidal stella69xx....not much of a difference but its ok i got my back, i hope everyone else getts theres back soon =]

I just wanna know as im still banned on my main gonk I filed a report on the 19th after learning that they had unbanned *some* people. I wasn't unblocked, so I filled out a form. I was unblocked last night, and so were a few other people. If your main is still banned, you should follow the newest "appeal" instructions and see where that gets you.

I just wanna know as im still banned on my main gonk I filled my feedback form after the first mod i contacted told me to do so when the first massive unblockage took place. That was March 19th. Yesterday, I had a reply from that form telling me i was unblocked. Good luck.

Star La Boricua was unblocked last night during the AtA. I'm not quite sure if it was because she told the admin that she reported gaia to the better business bureau. Thanks so much for all the help.
