I have yet to receive a off site link. What are the off site links for anyway?

I may be wrong, but I believe the off-site link is for anything that may come close to violating Gaia's PG-13 rule. If there's an offsite, activity that Gaia may find questionable is less restricted because there's no breaking of rules. Basically, the off-site is a way for TCC to be TCC without risking our guild.
