He hated dealing with 'gangsta' speak. "Now would be a damn good time to leave." He pulled out the pistol he had plucked from one guy's dead body.

Seeing that the girl was frozen in fear, Erik grabbed her himself and dragged her behind a stone coulum to shield her from the bullets that your frinedly neighborhood gangsters were firing. "s**t!" Erik returned fire, manageing to hit one of them on the temple. The other was smart enough to find cover himself, making Erik's job harder. Then Erik had an idea: his Earth Claw was basically a huge punching glove. Couldn't he punch something so hard it actually managed to hit the gangster? Summoning the claw-but making sure the girl didn't see it- he quickly punched the coulum, which proceeded to launch over to the gangster and crush him. Shaking off the claw, he turned to the girl he had just "rescued". "You okay?"
((Sorry for le double post, but I got bored and didn't want this topic to drop off the front page. Doing this was better then a needless bump))

Erik shrugged. "No worries. But we should go. Others are sure to have heard the shots. Running isn't fast enough, but I have a speedboat down by the abondoned boardwalk. If you'd be willing to come along for a few minutes, I can get you outta here."

"OK." She said, waitning for Erik to lead the way. She looked at the gate and then back at Erik.

Rin reached out with her mind after class trying to find Kikyo.When she finally did she senced someone else too.For some reason they had the feel of family.Like Kikyo's mind felt like familay to her cause they shared something in common.Whoever she was with shared something with them too.
Micha sat outside.After breakfast he and the others where all let outside to breath some fresh air and streach.After a short run Micha found himself sitting alone under the shade of a small tree.He sighed.

"Okay, follow me." Erik grabbed the girl and ran towards where he had found his way up to the Pier.

Kikyo didn't fight Erik's grasp. She was ready to be panicked and let Rin know if the worst came to it.

By the time school was let out Rin was quite familiar with Kikyo's brain waves and this guy she was with.Sighing she shrugged on her backpack and went to a place near the peir but not too close.

Erik was fast, but he's slower then molasses compared to a sniper rifle. The far off crack of the rifle scared Erik to the point of him tripping. Oops. Quickly getting up, he changed paths towards the old entrance to the park. His boat could wait.As he got closer to the entrance, he spotted another girl. Great. Normally, I can do a job and be back before anyone notices, but now I'm dragging along some girl who was dumb enough to be down here in the first place and dodging sniper fire! Just the way i wanted to spend my Tuesday morning! however, something else clicked in Erik's mind...what were snipers doing here anyway? And as another bullet buried itself in the wood an inch away from Erik's face, Erik knew something was up. Hell would freeze over before gangsters got that accurate. Not caring if anyone saw his power or not, Erik pushed the girl he was grabbing towards the gate and summoned his Earth Claw. He used it as a shield, slowly inching towards the entrance as the snipers kept firing. Eventually, he made a run for it and smashed through the gate with his claw.

Kikyo wasn't as shocked this time.
"Hmm...Snipers, eh? No prob." She said, drawing in the dirt. She was writing calculations and possible ways to destroy them and get the user knocked out. Yah, she is a total nerd. She pulled out her sell and punched in a few numbers. Instantly the snipers all backfire in the user's face.
"HA!" She said, putting the phone in her pocket.

"Well, takes care of that little nuisance." Erik then became aware of the fact that both girls were staring at his arm. He laughed. "What, never seen an Elemental Claw before?"

"Not in real life." Kikyo replied, looking at the remains of the backfire she caused. "Ow, that would be painful, don't you think?" She scuffed her shoes over the numbers she had written in the ground.
