EhmiEhmi I can write, but I cannot stress enough how hard it would be for me to write a non-NC-17, non-subber, Xena short story. stressed Mine wasn't exactly non-subber.... But it's about as much as we get in the show, so it's all good. @ Az: I kidnapped them all.

EhmiEhmi Isn't there anyone that's going to actually write anything?! Lulu is a good writer, but very slow. She probably couldn't finish a decent short story by the 20th.

Wait! eek Only 500 words? gonk Gawd that's short! Lulu could definitely finish it by the 20th but'd be no good. crying Lulu can't make stories too short. It's like a mental disorder. She's tried to write a short story and she's literally incapable of it. Could she maybe just write the first chapter of a story and enter that? cry No, on second thought a single chapter (no matter how good) would never win a short story contest.... Hhhhhmmm, could there maybe be another category for long stories? whee

The short story I wanted to enter was 12 pages and subtext became main-text. ... it also had Joxer in it. Of course, it's in my journal too, so you could read it there. XD
