Adriana walked out of the theatre and sighed. She hated being around crowds of big people. She walked down the hall and to her room. She pulled out her guitar and started to work on another song she had thought of in her head during the assembly.

Shauna made her way back to dorm number 13. Before the assembly, she quickly dropped her stuff off. Her bass guitar along with her suitcases were left haphazardly on her bed. She heard a guitar being played in her room as she got closer. Apparently her roommate was already in there. She opened the door and went over to her bed. She sat down and pulled her bass guitar out of its case and began playing the undertones to the tune the girl was playing. "Hi, my name is Shauna Masen" She said, introducing herself while continuing to play.

Adriana smiled when her room mate Shauna added the undertone. "My name is Adriana Missy Fay, but you can call me either Missy or Adriana. I go by both." Adriana said.

Anthony stood up and put his headphones in his ears. He walked out of the auditorium and back to his room. He turned his iPod off and pulled out a note book and his guitar and began writing a song.

Joshua sighed 'Well that was a waste. He thought while leaving the stage and heading to his room. 'I hate assemblys.' he added to his thought while opening the door to his room.

Felicity jumped off the stage. She didnt like big crowds, even if her sister was known for her partying she was nothing like her sister. She loves her sister and every thing but she would rather stay in her dorm and read. She walked past a few of the students that went there and gave them a small wave. She knew that most people didnt lke her family, and she couldnt blame them. She just wished someone saw her for who she was and not who here family is. Luckly her best friend would be comming this year. He would be able to keep her mind off of everything.

Vanessa followed her siblings off stage and headed back to her dorm. She had a few last minute things to take care of before class, and after school, she had more party planning to do. Once she made it in the room, she plopped down on her bed and sighed in frustration. So much to do in so little time, and Christian was nowhere to be found! His absence was starting to worry her.

"This year," replied Xander, "I'm in History of Classical Music, Music Appreciation, Music Genres, Composing Classics, Recording and Composing, Opera and Singing, and Study Hall. But, I've been going to Ravenwood for years now. I know most of the teachers." And they knew him. Xander was just a touch bi-polar, and alternated between hyper/creative, and lethargic/apathetic in class.
"You know, we probably have at least one teacher in common. Why don't you come with me to make the rounds, and then once you've shaken their hands, you can go back to your dorm or whatever." It seemed like a good plan to Xander.

"Well today is the first day of the year and we dont generaly have class today. We just have to go meet with the teachers and get to know everyone. If you ask me its a bunch of bull." Adriana replyed. She liked that Shauna was using her middle name. She always thought she looked more like a Missy than a Adriana.

"No, but lately ive been wanting to play my music on stage. Here, take a look at these." Adriana said while she stopped playing to reach for her notebook full of songs she had writen. "I write songs when i have free time." She said while waiting for Shauna to say what she thought. She never lets anyone read her music but there was something about this girl that Adriana liked.

Shauna read through the first few pages of the notebook, nodding the whole time. She thought of melodies that could go with each song. After a few minutes she handed the book back to Missy. "Those are excellent!" She complimented. "I try to write sometimes, but usually when the best ideas come to me, a pen and paper are no where in sight."

"I know what you mean. Thats why i have this" Adriana said while pulling out a recording device. It was small and looked like makeup in stead of a recorder. "This thing is the best. It is small and you wouldnt think it was a recorder." She said and tossed it to Shauna.

Shauna caught the tiny recorder and examined it. "Nice. must have cost alot.." She noted. Her homelife situation wasn't the best, including the financial area. That's why she was glad that she earned a scholarship for Ravenwood.
