"Ayumu, follow me," Aki said as she linked their arms closer together and began skipping down the hall, exactly where Koizumi had gone off to. "B-but... Wait! Where are we going?!" Ayumu cried as Aki dragged him in the direction of Koizumi. Aki looked back at him and smiled. "Why, to help you find love, of course!" Turning sharply out the doors, Aki dragged him to the curb. Koizumi was sitting on the curb, looking like she was expecting someone. "Now this is when you go up to her and ask if she needs a ride home... Or help or something," she whispered to him. "Now go get her!" With a shove, Ayumu was standing right behind Koizumi. He took in a deep breath, trying to steady his nerves, and asked, "H-hey Koizumi. Why are you here all alone? A-a girl like you shouldn't be out alone...

Ayumu looked at her, concern lighting his eyes. His heart expanded at the sight of her, but was stabbed over and over with concern. He was sad for her, he realized. Sitting down beside her, he looked back at Aki. She motioned for him to hug Koizumi, but he wasn't sure he should. He could be invading her personal space, she might slap him... "Who's your friend? Why would anyone leave you?" He slid his arms around her shoulders, hugging her. He tried to comfort her. "Don't worry, they might not be here but I am, always. He moved his hand to wipe away her tear. "Besides, someone so beautiful shouldn't cry. It makes your eyes blind the sun because they're so bright." He started to blush from embarrassment. Oh that was smart. Why don't you just come out and tell her you love her while you're at it?

Koizumi looked at everyone in the group, Ayumu, then at Riku. She turned back to Ayumu and said "Thanks for helping. I'll see you tommorow okay? Bye." She walked away with Riku. Turning to him, she wiped away a tear and said blushing, "Sorry about that, just stubbed my toe. Ready to go?"

"O-ok... Bye..." Ayumu sighed as Kaizumi walked off with... Riku? Yeah, she definately liked Riku, not him. He felt his heart drop, but looked up at Kairi with a sad look. "Hey, just sitting here talking. If you want to talk to Aki, she's back there," he said as he pointed behind him to Aki. She waved at them and smiled, walking over to the trio. "Hey guys! Aki said to them them, patting her brother on the back. "What's up? How are you guys, Kairi and Leon?"

"Thanks, but-" "We'd love to join you guys. Songs I can do, but beer... Eh, not my favorite. Thanks though. Aki interrupted Ayumu. She winked and Leon, noticing his blush. He's cute, but I don't know... I'm still waiting for Mr. Right... Ayumu glared at Aki, who pulled him up to his feet. "What?" she asked him inoccently. "You don't get anything, do you? And you're a flippin' party animal." "Oh stop being a sour puss. Kiari is a great friend, and girl and Leon is cool too. Aki started to walk over to Leon and winked at him. Why flirt? Because it's fun, and the best way to find out if he's into you. she thought to herself. She linked arms with Kiari and smiled brightly. "Where's the 'party'?"

Aki ended up shoving Ayumu into the car before getting in with him. She had giggled at what Kiari had said about Leon. Finally, her curiousity getting to her, which didn't take long, she asked, "What happened to your parents? Sorry if it's a rude thing to say, but our parents died last year. Were you guys close to yours?" Ayumu stayed silent through everything, just looked out the window...

Aki's mouth fell open with shock. Ayumu turned all his attention on the two others. "I'm so sorry..." "Same here..." "We're being financially supported by a distant relative. Our parents died in a fire."

Aki smiled at Leon as he opened her door. Stepping out, she dragged Ayumu with her. "What happened to your neck...?" Aki asked, following Kiari. "Thank you," both Aki and Ayumu said together.
