1. Defeat the Dialga in the Battle Tower (3 dialgas)
2. Get 250 interactions
3. Obtain 2 Timburr from the Safari Zone
4. Get 500 interactions
5. Win against all three Forest Warriors in the Battle Tower (first two have Accelgor, Sawsbuck, Simisage, last has Zebstrika, Ferrothorn, Seismitoad, Braviary, Sawsbuck winter & summer)
6. Get 200 interactions
7. Have 3 Fresh Waters and 2 Escape Ropes in your inventory
8. Get 1000 interactions
9. Find the special exploration item
10. Defeat the Primal Kyurem in the Battle Tower (it was 3 or 4 Kyurems I forget)

I've got all of the steps to the special exploration Forgotten Memories (I don't know how to hide text :/):
1. Get 500 interactions
2. Get 300 interactions
3. Battle Fossil Kabuto in the Battle Tower
4. Get 60 people to feed Fossil Kabuto a Pecha Berry
5. Have one Fighting type and one Ground type at level 60 or higher in your party
6. Find the special exploration item
7. Fight the Ghostly Medium in the Battle Tower
8. Have a Water type at level 35 or higher in your party
9. Get 3500 interactions
10. Have two Charcoal and one Hard Stone in your inventory
11. Get 750 interactions
12. Have an Aerodactyl at level 15 or higher in your party
