Lamarok didn't even have time to reply. She gave him directions and then was out the door. Hm. Looking at the directions, he soon tucked it into a small pouch on his belt. He figured he might drop by her shop sometime. For now, he would concentrate on his meal now that she had left. Though by now it was more luke warm. But it didn't matter. Food was food.

((Sorry about not responding sooner, but a nasty storm got in the way and cut off our power.))
Shade smiled for a moment. "Anytime. Now if you excuse me...." He felt something unusual for a second, but it was too weak to tell the direction of the exact location. He shrugs off walks inside the Inn. "Actually, I will join you for a mere second inside this inn. Something does not feel right." He now firmly grips the hilt of his blade. "Oh Aurok, guide me well." Then, as if out of no where, the feeling passed again. "I don't know what that was, but I will need to find my other paladins to investigate it. In Aurok's name we will not have trouble here."

"Well, as a foreigner in our lands, I like to spend time with new people myself. I'm quite capable of dealing with outsiders since I originally came from the outside myself. The amazon council will hear my opinions and advice when matters come up." She led the way to her home. She turned around once to be sure Ione was following along. "And, when you leave to return to your home; we will not be strangers." Even beneath what might seemed bossy was still somewhat of a nice person.

"And, when you leave to return to your home; we will not be strangers." Even beneath what might seemed bossy was still somewhat of a nice person. Ione nods and quickens her pace to keep up with longer legged Miaoni. "Many of the people in the town are very nice. Unfortunately we have recently been having a rise in the evil-natured as well. If the head clerics know why, they aren't saying. Oh I do hope they don't mind my presence! I am so very looking forward to meeting a tribe of Amazons, and learning all about your ways and heritage!", she grins at Amethyst when she turns around. "That is true!", her good nature shines in her voice, her faith in the basic goodness of most strong enough to sense.Jerryhargabyte ((Sorry about not responding sooner, but a nasty storm got in the way and cut off our power.)) He glances around as they enter, taking note of much, stepping quickly to the side to avoid being clipped by a fast moving older Miaoni woman. He shakes his head at the innate rudeness of townfolk, then looks to Shade. "I do hope nothing is the matter, Master Ironhand. But if there is a problem, and I can be of assistance, please do let me know. I believe I will take a room here for a few days, perhaps refamiliarize myself with the city. And I shall definately try to gain a meeting with this Ranger Guildmaster you mentioned."

"Nay. Tis not necessary. I and my paladins will investigate this issue for it is we that preserve the good within these walls. However, if you choose to help us, I would be much appreciated. Evil cannot be captured alone. It must be done through a team. I thank you for time, good ranger. Let us hope we meet again someday. I must be off. If you must meet me, I will be patroling the streets, in the church, or at the guild. Fare thee well." He waves as he leaves the inn and runs off.

((Agreed. I'm doing what I can to get some more people in here, but its really hard. Most people want pets that don't have to be rp'ed since they have so many already. Me, I love it, I'll have three or four rp's going on in one thread and two more going on in another! Its great! But I think I'm of a dying breed.))

((*tosses Lex back out from sheer boredom*))
[Streets of Mir'tith-near Gates] Lex walks out of her shop, once again in aher merchant's robes, turning around lock the door and reset the trap in the doorway. She gives it a once-over and, satisfied with her work, heads off down the street into the heart of Mir'tith.

Once again, Shade looks around for something out of the ordinary for who knows when such an event may happen for evil only exists to raise the dead and cause trouble for this city and only the paladins of Aurok can stop such evil in it's rein of terror.

Lex makes her way through the city's streets, moving easily among the crowds. She spots the Paladin, Shade Ironhand and sighs inwardly. Apparently this is not to be my day after all. Ah well, perhaps I can skirt around and avoid "His Stuffiness" and be about my own business. She starts edging around, darting across the street between a few passing wagons. Once across the street she lowers her head, begins muttering to herself and begins in a fast walk, as though she is late for a meeting. All the while she keeps an eye on the Paladin, and his cursed watchfulness.

Promptly upon returning to her treehouse, Amythest prepared some tea to share with Ione. She returned to where they would sit. "Here we go. Yes. So, from now on, we shall be acquaintences. When you have visited enough, you shall be our friend. Perhaps, you should speak with someone about becoming an ambassador here.. or are you ready for that?" She didn't know this girl at all. Was she skilled enough to not need to study in their temple? Maybe they could establish a small temple there. She was thinking of the possibilities this could open for her clan.
