Talia peaked her head in then slipped the rest of her body in. "You sure ran off in a hurry back there." She wasn't entirely done torturing him but she was willing to lay off a bit.

Brandon smiled. He was sitting against the foot of his bed, with his head leaning back on top of the foot board. "You had enough concentration left to notice then. I'm impressed."

Talia tapped a finger on her lips, pretending to think, then laughed. "Honey, that's one of your cards." She brushed a hand down his chest and laid laid across him.
