Hearing the officers last bit, Mark snapped back, "Naw! For good this time!" Then reaching into the inside pocket on his jacket, he grabbed his keys, as he did so a 9mm that was tucked inside his belt was able to briefly be seen.

Looking completely confused at what the guy was talking about, Mark looked around, then down, and noticed his piece. Wincing, he took a deep breath before quickly saying, "I got the papers for it!"

Knowing he was in deep s**t, Mark patted his jacket, as well as his pants before saying, "Ugh... I left them in my other jacket!?" hoping that the guy believed him and didnt realize he was completely pulling s**t out of his a**, and tossing it on the table.

"Well if I just take the gun and then when you show me the forms you can have it back."
Cortez put his hand out for Mark to put in his hand. At that time his jacket flew open revealing a gun.

Quickly backing away untill he was against the wall, Mark said, "Naw! You cant touch his piece! Noone can touch it but me!"

Quickly putting up his hands he shouts "Wait! Ight! I aint got the papers! You aint taking it though! The papers dont exist anymore! It was my brothers piece! He was shot and killed. The piece was on him, and before we could get everything from his crib, the guy burned it down!"

"I'm an officer, I can't let it slip, but I can make a deal with you. I don't really want to take it. I'll put you back on parole and we'll see about you keeping the gun." Cortez hoped Mark would accept the offer.
