xHogwartsxAngelx Sylent_Rose besides harry potter i love reading the chronicles of Narnia (i'm on the silver chair). C.S. Lewis is Amazing! i've also read screwtape letters and pilgrims regress. i've also read Agatha Christie's "And then there were none," but it totally freaked me out. so unless you want to get scared out of your wits, i wouln't reccomend reading it. oh, and i also like reading Nancy Drew books biggrin hogwartsangel, is it true about the golden compass being anti c.s. lewis and anti christian? People say it's anti-Christian, but I don't think it is. It's just like any average thriller sorta thing. And coming from a strong Christian, that means alot. I watched it, I think it's fine. I have no clue where they got anti-Christian from. They say it's anti-Christian because supposedly the *bad guys* in the movie look like the Pope. So that's where they get their ideas from. And I believe it was Christian groups that when the movie was about to come out they were burning the books because they believed it was so against their religion. Yeah, nice.

The House of Night is an amazing series. I love L.J Smith. I'd tell you I love you, but then I'd have to Kill you and the sequel are awesome. There are ton others, I am a huge reader but those are my main favorites right now. HP is still numero uno though!

I love fantasy. It's something about how anything is possible that just makes it awesome to me. I especially love time travel stories. I also read historical romances. I'll read just about anything though. My friend recommended Twilight but I'm not sure. I hate vampire stories. Has anyone read it? Is it good? Should I bother reading it?

I think it's pretty good. The 4th book was a disappointment to me. You should read the first like 3 or 4 chapters and see if you like it.

The Alex Rider, Artemis Fowl, Deltora Quest, Children of the Lamp and the Wheel of Time series are great reads. I also enjoy most anything by Diana Wynne Jones and Vivan Vande Velde, as well as Finder, by Emma Bull. I read a lot of Sci-fi fantasy books and manga. Some of my favorite manga include: Fullmetal Alchemist, .Hack//, Skip-Beat, Beauty Pop, DNAngel, Vampire Game, Marmalade Boy, and Sand Chronicles is my newest interest.

Here's my list. 1. Warriors 2. Fruit Basket 3. Beedle the Bard 4. The Sisters Grimm 5. Percy Jackson and the Olympians 6. Harry Potter (duh, i read the seventh book in a day.) That's about it. I really like the Percy Jackson series, but not a lot of people know about them. If you like Greek mytholagy, that's probably a good book for you. I love the Warriors series, even though i'm not crazy about cats. Sometimes when you read the books, you forget that they're cats, and just view them as people.

Only the first book though. New Moon, Eclipse, and Breaking Dawn were quite a disappointment to me. Especially New Moon and Breaking Dawn. I thought they were never going to end!!! It took me so long to get through them because they were so boring! I would suggest reading the first one and then moving on to another series. Sorry to be so blunt to all those Twilighters, but I'm just not a fan.
