Why are people all not like...students...who only ever posted like once... would people read the rules. There are to many newbes who are now ANBU, or Chunin, just cuz your that level in one place dosen't mean you are that here, unless you are rouge, then your on the run from anbu people, and that means you have no level, but that dosen't mean your not a ninja. But can we start getting people to say who said they could be a higher level...or teach a class (vice capitians)

I must say that I agree with Hanny Franco. (sorry I do not know your ninja or characters name and I dont want to look.) Her statement was well thought out and put together so I must say that I do think that it is a good idea. now on the flip side of the coin. We need higher level of people for the reason that the people who are the teachers here are myself, Manndar. We also have other responseabilities in the village. He is also, like myself, in charge of some genin that I have not had the chance to teach in a good while. We also have other things such as him being the Kage and I being the leader of the interrogation and tourture squad. That means that I need to stop teaching my class as chakra teacher. if that is the case then who would be able to teach it... wait that is right chunin can teach. We need ANBU for the fact that the very slow event that is supposed to take place we will need to have the ANBU and higher level people or else the opposing nin would trash us. Now you mentioned about rogue ninja. You yourself are one as well right? if this is the case you would not only have problems becase it is not just ANBU you watch out for. your face would be in the bingo book if you are of any importance and that means that most jonin and some chunin would also be after the rogue ninja as well as ANBU from their own village. I hope you understand where I am comming from with this and I thank you for your time on this matter. might I also say that we have a crew section to discuss things like this.

Because I would really like to hear it as I am pretty sure you will want me to help.
