Jeff wrapped his arms around Holly. "Holly, don't say that. He's not going to kill you. It isn't your fault, its nobody's fault."

Jeff hushed her, "Shhhhhh, you did everything you could." There was a sudden pounding on the door and Jeff heard it swing open. He jumped up and ran out into the living room. "Mr. Anderson, Thank god."
"Where is he? Wheres my son!?" He was franticly searching the room for Kyle."

He ran into the bathroom and straight into the shower where Kat and Kyle was sitting. He took Kyles pulse and then Kat's. He didn't care that he was getting drenched, and turned to the group behind him, "What happened, whats wrong with my son, and why doesn't she have a pulse?" Jeff followed him into the bathroom and stood next to Yakov.

Holly flung herself at Kyle's dad. "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry, I should have taken better care of him. I could have stopped him, I'm sorry."

Kyle groaned something that sounded like Dad and tried to raise his arms to reach for his farther but his arms were heavy and he was so tired. His dad reached out and grabbed his hands in his own, "Kyle I'm here with you now." He turned to Holly, "Holly, sweetie, unless you injected him with the D2021 yourself, I doubt you had much to do with this. Now unless you want to explain why my son is sitting in the shower next to a corpse, I would advise shutting up."

Holly stopped crying instantly and just stared up at Kyle's dad wide eyed.
Alejandro however decided now was a good time to jump in. "You know what this is."

"D2021 is a strain similar to the common flu but it also affected weres. When the studies and experiments done on it and made it worse to anyone infected with it, they closed down the whole shebang. But obviously, there were plenty of people who thought anything that could harm a were was a good thing, even if it almost killed any human infected." The entire time he was talking he was checking over Kyle and noticed the weird swelling on his neck. "You didn't try to change him did you Holly?" Kyles dad didn't sound angry, if anything he sounded amused.

Kyles dad looked back at the swelling, then at the corpse in the shower. "She isn't dead is she."
Jeff stepped up to bat. "No, she is part vampire and she is the one who bit your son and infected him, and myself with this D2021."

"You don't seem to fit into this house of weres, so I'm assuming you are also a vampire." It was more of a statement than a question. "Well as much as I would like to go in depth about the background behind this whole thing, I believe she is special to you, just as Kyle is special to me. Luckily for them, the easiest way to get rid of this thing is an equal part garlic and wine vinegar solution....hmmm now this could be a problem."
