It is important to realise that it is not simply the education of third world countries that must occour, but of the first world nations as well. Awareness and help for these struggling parts of the world must be made priorityas well, and the only way that can occour is we first arrive at the point where we are able to devote such time and resources.
I say "are able", but obviously the capability for such action already exists. It is this which prompts me to say that education is also key in the so called "powerful nations".
