Thats fair. lol. The last album that was remotely good was ...and Justice for All... Then avereything went hard rock.... I think Cliff was the major punk influence in the band and when he died all that punk just slowly went away. As far as albums go theres like 2 that were good and 2 that were ok. The 2 good ones are Ride the Lightning and Kill 'em All. and the 2 ok ones were Master of Puppets and ...and Justice for All... Apart from those Metallica completely sucks. Their talent just faded. SLAYER should be the reigning champion of thrash but do to the mass appeal of metallicas hard rock, SLAYER has been left to being what many "rcokers" believe to be satanic metal. And because of this onesided view SLAYER has been repeatidly overlooked and sometimes considered overrated by MetalHeads that are soft and only listen to soft or false metal (nu-metal) and Metallica. Wait where'd I go....

No one can beat Metallica for talent in my personal opinion. From all their albums (I have them all) there is not one song I dislike.

I <3 Metallica. they have really awesome guitarists. i luv their older songs like One, Enter Sandman, Harvester of Sorrow, Master of Puppets, and ...And Justice for all. i think they are a good band back in like the 80's and stuff now they kinda suck.
to the dude who wrote about Slayer u are so right i dont get why ppl overlook them they are Freakin' AWESOME. My friend Kacie is a HUGE fan and during all our opens together we walk around listening to Slayer xD we've gotten yelled at by teachers 5 times...i think xD but ya i love alot of rock music. and all the people who are saying Metallica sux, well...U SUCK!!!
