I would only approve of it if they don't compleatly re-make the songs like, adding words, different background music, making it a compleatly different music genre, ect. but I highly dought they'll do that

Personally, I wouldn't mind a remake (I actually like them). Although, only when the movie has actually gone down over the years and become less popular, which Rocky Horror has not. If they did make a remake, I would go see it. It might be good, who knows. But I was thinking, and I came to the conclusion that they need to remake Shock Treatment. It actually is relevant in todays world of TV pretty much EVERYWHERE, including on peoples cell phones.

Apparently the remake plans have been scrapped. It was just another movie role that manson thought would be cool to play. I swear that man wants to play everyone.

Marilyn Manson is a good pick for Frank but I do not think they should remake it. Maybe a short running stage production but not a new movie.
And the previous actors better make cameos(even if against their will). pirate

I just heard on the radio that MTV is going to remake the movie... though I don't know if it going to be in theaters or just on the channel.....

And extremely controversial. Says they're gonna keep the original screenplay but maybe put in some new music. I think it's going to be fun to see how this all unfolds.

when i first read the title of the thread i was thinking "oh great, it'll probably be s**t" but after i saw that Manson might be frankenfurter i have totally changed my mind. i would love to see Manson in this part it would be so aweseome

I'm a huge manson fan so I'm totally for this remake if he's gonna be a part of it.
