i think it should be kyo because so many ppl love him i mean all i high school girls, Akito, and many more rolleyes but knowing fruits basket it will be yuki stare sweatdrop its just to perdicktible sad

Spoiler: You're wrong. Kyo ends up going with Tohru.

I'm a Kyo/Tohru fan myself, so I say Kyo!

I like both, but for some reason I lean more towards Kyo, especially when I was reading the manga when the sohmas and her went up to that summer house when Akito also came up there u_u it was cute, the moments between Kyo and Tohru I mean 3nodding

the first time i ever saw fruits basket was on an amv at my friends house, and it had that one scene with thoru and kyo in the woods. (i think you know what i'm talking about) and when i saw that i just thought,"omg!!!!! soooo cute!!!!!!!!!" so, yeah. kyo ^_^

Hmm, interesting question actually.

Kyo deserves her because he's becoming more open when she's around, much unlike how he was in the beginning of the story (at least up to the first of Book 11 since that's as far as I've read so far). She seems to believe in him when no one else has even tried to understand. She didn't try to hide the fact that she was scared of him when he was in his true form, but she still stayed with him and tried to comfort him even when she was scared.

Yuki on the other hand seems to be hiding a very painful past with Akito (don't tell me what happens I want to find out for myself) and was very secluded until Tohru came along. He was a lonely soul and seems to still be to a certain extent but you can tell that since Tohru has started living at the Sohma house he has opened up quite a bit. Tohru understands that something happened between Akito and Yuki and accepts him even if she's not quite sure what happened in the past.

Personally, I think both deserve her equally so far. Sure Kyo has had a sad life thus far but you gotta admit that Yuki hasn't had it all that great either.
