Heya Mya! Here's the concept. =)
I've decided for a lion based off of the Pied Piper of Hamlin. (My favorite "fairytale" of aaalll time.) The colorations sound... really crazy, but I'm not going for crazy so much... I want it to look nice and not gaudy/overthetop.

Gender: ...
Starting stage: I know I'm extremely partial to all the lions' teen stages, but I know you've been very busy and hate to ask for a growing lion, making it only adult is fine by me, if this is better for you.
Species: Ultimately, Mya, pick whichever is your favorite to color here. I don't mind a surprise. =) I'd like a lion that sort of shows off well, the two I eyed that may do that best (and I don't already have) are the angelic male or demonic female. I don't like the solar male lineart (well, I adore it, but really dislike the facial expression).

Quick additional note here: Pied clothing was usually clothing of different materials back when people had to use what was around for being too poor to buy new clothes/similar colors. Pied means jumbled together.
Body color (s): I'm partial to red/blue/gold combinations (ok, primary without looking like a kindergarten classroom-gold/silver is sort of a trimming I'm going for with him/her). Green and purple are nice colors as well. It's an anything goes type thing, really. - I would LOVE to go for a look that would be like old/new clothes, some of the colors vibrant ("new" appearance) and some softer ("old/faded" appearance). In the case of actual clothing I, uhm, have no idea about fur color. Something toned down in relation to the clothing?
Designs on body: Ok, more artist choice here. If you like, you can literally do clothing, in this case it would have the stitched look of the reference pictures. If you'd like to just color on the fur, I'd rather the fur NOT have a patched look (I'm not a fan of fur-patches ^_^), just to be patterned after the pied piper.
Eye color: bluegreen
Nose color: Dark brown? As looks best really
Paw Pads color (s): varying shades of tan/brown primarily, black/grey additions may be nice
Hair color (s): A chestnut color?
Flakes color (s): Gold and Silver
Designs on flakes:
Feather color (s): (And horn, if demonic) Gold and Silver
Designs on feathers:
Note: I'm looking to resemble gold/silver coinage here. I never much imagined the Piper as being very rich, but either way there IS a symbolism represented here. =)
Wing Colors if Winged: .... I don't know... At this point it would have to lend to whatever looks nice next to how the lion's been designed and colored. I could leave it up to you, or you could color the rest and let me see to decide at that point?

Pic #2. Lineart edit/item edits (5-15k extra unless really small or included in the package): Could Pied either have a wooden flute or a panpipe under a paw or attached as a necklace? Two or three *very* small critters (rats/mice/other rodents) around his/her feet or behind would be awesome as well. I'm thinking no bigger in height than maybe just above the paw or ankle there, and certainly not major parts of the image.
