Like the fear of insects, they are always present, so it is a constant fear. As harmless as they are, fear still incapsilates itself. If it was me, I would go to a museum where you could go in a butterfly tent or something of the like and maybe you could be comfortable with them since they cannot hurt you. Just an idea. My bf's mom is in love with dragon flies lol. I suppose there are fears you can never surmount, but I haven't found any. Now I haven't conquered every fear, I simply have found a way to, whether I take advantage and go for it or not. Fear of the unknown is interesting. I've never felt that fear. I worry about the unknown because of what it is, but I haven't really feared it. Like the old addage, "fear breeds hate, and hate breeds anger, anger breeds action, so fear ultimately leads to action." Fear lever lies dormant for long.

I worry about the futre a lot, i feel that if i won't plan anything in the futre i wouldn't get the things i want in life.

Edit yes i've been sleepless. i only allow myself to sleep like for 3hrs at a time. i closed my eyes for 2 seconds and i was already dreaming of falling down stairs. and my whole body just jumped it was weird.

I have a fear of spiders (their faces scare me), the dark and heights.
I was scared of spiders ever since that movie ARACHNOPHOBIA that came out when I was a kid, I saw it and the close ups of the spiders just scared the hell out of me...I was playfully scared by my cousins in the dark when I was little which made me always nervous about the dark and I fell off a house when I was like 15 which resulted my fear of heights (which is weird since I backflip off a lot of stuff)

Try to think positve though before you go to sleep. Bonekeeper E, I am sure you can over come all your fears.

either way ,i still hate them.you really hate 'em a lot... but they look funny to me...(not all the time of course...!)
